They were very mindful of not breaking things. They did an amazing job on the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets. My carpet and chair look brand new! After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. They advertise a "21-point cleaning checklist," yet many basic items--things that had been cleaned previously during a regular cleaning--were not touched at all. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am quite disappointed with the deep cleaning I received today. It was pretty much a regular cleaning not a deep cleaning. There are still stains on my tables. My chairs are still covered in food from my kids. My banisters weren't wiped. There's still dust on my chair rail in some places. My basement wasn't fully mopped. The list goes on. And I know this happened because I have cameras that caught all this. When I asked about certain things being cleaned, I was sent a list of what deep cleans include, which was basically a few things more than a regular cleaning. Why pay $520 for a slightly upgraded regular cleaning? Had I known this beforehand I would have hired another company. The proposal says you can customize your clean but that's not the case because my request was ignored when I asked for my handrail and banister to be cleaned. In the past I received wonderful cleanings from your company. I can't afford to do deep cleanings but once a year so I choose to use you because the cleanings were superb. This time it feels like a waste of money. I will not be using your company again because this is the second time they have dropped the ball. Why charge more for less? I can't recommend your company anymore to my friends with this kind of service. I would rather pay another company by the hour and get the most for my dollar. EDIT 9/8/2025: They sent a crew on their next business day to come correct all the issues I mentioned. Customer service is amazing. I called this company desperately needing help with my mentally ill adult son's apartment. He may still be evicted because of the horrid condition he kept his apartment in when he was at his lowest, but DB Cleaning may possibly just have saved him. The condition was deplorable and needed a deep clean and then some. This crew was beyond awesome! It now looks as good as when my son moved in, before he hit rock bottom. It is easy to get in touch with the company to reschedule as needed.  The team are always briefed about particular rooms that should not be cleaned/entered. They also promptly reported when they accidentally broken a toilet seat at my home and replaced the item the same day, no hassle. It's rare that I write reviews and honestly DB doesn't need my 5 star because they already have amazing ratings but I feel so strongly about how amazing DB cleaning services are that I need to write. At first, I was a little hesitant with DB's prices as I had already been through the ringer with some horrible cleaning companies. I'm insanely over the top anal when I clean. So much to the point that it takes me hours to do one area, then ADD kicks in and I give up because it's just too much and the dirt and dog hair piles up. I honestly just wanted a cleaning service to do the same level of cleaning I do and take my stress away especially when working the crazy hours that I do. I tried multiple companies with "discounts" and they drug me in circles. Dealing with other cleaning services was a nightmare to say the least. Canceled appointments, major spots missed, rude employees, it goes on and on. Then came DB to the rescue. I was hesitant about the price at first but after the first cleaning everything was more than worth it! They cleaned EVERYTHING! The first deep cleaning left my house sparkling! That was in May. Over the summer, I was able to do all my own housework, but then came August and September -- and the new school year. I found DB Cleaning right here on Yelp! They earn every bit of their 5 star reviews. Their team of cleaners is just excellent. My home hasn't been this clean since I moved in -- I paid for a one-time, deep cleaning, and I am very satisfied. The only spot that they missed was vacuuming under the master bed. We've been using DB cleaning services for a few months now. We found them through a neighbor who recommended them. The first cleaning is incredibly thorough and I was actually a little embarrassed at how dirty our house actually was. I thought we were clean people! But they go behind the fridge. Inside the cabinets. Between counters. The whole deal. After the first visit, it's about a 2 hour clean for our 2,200 square foot town house. They completely transformed the place, it's amazing what a good deep clean will do to the look. Since then I've been using their services Bi-weekly. I travel a lot and have a very strange schedule and they have been more than accommodating. I highly recommend these services to anyone who wants their apartment or house cleaned by professionals. Usually a team of two or three show up and are able to finish relatively quickly. They even came on thanksgiving, I had 0 expectations for this as I wasn't going to be home for a while, upon return I was surprised. Judging by the other lower reviews on here, they are likely to respond to this and say they offered to come back and re-clean my house. That is true. But if they were really about customer service, they would make it right even when a customer is not able to have them come back. As soon as I told them (nicely, honestly) that it wasn't going to be possible for me to have them back again, I got no response. The problem is, it shouldn't take 5 people 3.5 hours to clean 1,000 sq ft right the first time. I had to take my kids out of the house for them to clean (it's a small house and didn't want interference because they charge by the hour), and had a photographer coming the following day to take pictures for a real estate listing. For $540 (yup, a royal rip off for 1000 sq ft), they should be able to get it right the first time! I just thought the attention to detail was inconsistent. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. They washed the floors well on my first floor, but did not wash the floors upstairs. They dusted inconsistently (some places I had to go over again) and did not dust anything where they had to reach overhead. The deep clean proposal they gave me said they would clean my light fixtures, but they didn't touch them. They left my house with a very overwhelming chemical smell. read more

Hired DB Cleaning for a move-in clean to my new place. Just a side-note: i can't speak on "cleaned furniture" since in my case they didn't have to worry about moving furniture since the place was empty. What i can tell you though is that they thoroughly cleaned everything! Bathroom? Yes. Inside the oven? Uh huh. Top of the fridge where no one even looks? Heck yea! They bring all the cleaning supplies and ladders. They cleaned the vents, shelves, and behind the big appliances. Amazing. Only mishap was they mistakenly thought a little baggie i left on my kitchen counter was trash so they threw it away. It actually was a bag full of my bills and new mail from my new place. I contacted this company for a deep clean of my home after construction/repairs. I explained to them that my home needed a deep clean. Four young ladies came out and I was excited to see this. I thought that meant the attention my home needed would be provided. However, the service they provided was poor. Due to the dust from the construction/repairs, I expected that they would focus on dusting furniture, window seals, floors, baseboards, etc. They did not. What they did was focus on the kitchen [stove, refrigerator], a place where the dust wasn't as significant as the rest of the home. The cost of their services was exorbitant for the service I received. I am still finding areas that need to be cleaned that were not cleaned by DB Cleaning. My recommendation is to shop around and not to be fooled by the shiny bright stoves and ovens they show in their pictures. If you need a deep clean like I did, do deeper research or seek referrals from family or friends. I do not recommend this company. read more

I was excited to use this company based on the reviews. I scheduled a deep cleaning and one upholstered item to be cleaned. Since our home was empty and pretty to clean to start it was hard to justify their price. They had difficulty cleaning the basement even though I spoke with a manager to explain in advance. The item that was upholstered was left with lines along the back of the chair from the machine used. Overall, the job was not bad but average, they showed up a 1/2 hour late outside of the 2 hour time frame and it looked like everyone was rushing. They missed things like wiping down the cabinets over the stove and cleaning parts of the fridge and freezer. In their defense, they offered to come back but I declined. read more

I am very disappointed at this company especially with all the great reviews. I put down a deposit and schedule my deep clean, grout and carpet package a month before so they can work with my schedule. I was told they're able to work with my schedule and would receive a $50 discount since I'm having so much services done. They end up telling me the day before my cleaning that they didn't receive any memos about my the timing and my $50 discount. The girl who took care of me left the company. I had DB cleaning services come to my apartment this week and I was extremely satisfied with the work done. My apartment looks spotless and actually better than when I moved in. The time frame was a little long for when they could arrive as it was 3 hours. But this was just as it was a very busy day. I really appreciate how nice they made my place look. I thought the pricing seemed expensive at first, but after receiving other quotes the pricing was in line. They sent a very professional group of people and although you may always be worried about someone stealing from your residence you do not have to worry with these people. The cleaning services included, but were certainly not limited to: washing windows and windowsills, dusting blinds, vaccuming, cleaning the crown molding around the floor and ceiling, dusting, mopping and vaccumming floors, scrubbing the toilet/sinks/tub, and cleaning dishes (and my microwave!). All four of the employees in my house worked very quickly, and went above and beyond the call of duty. In under two hours, my apartment is cleaner than it was the day my landlords gave me the key. I have a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment that was cleaned. Cleaners arrived on time at 8 AM. Four cleaners cleaned my small apartment for two and a half hours. When we arrived home we took off our shoes to walk back into the house and our feet were covered in dirt by the end of the night. Only surfaces were cleaned and I'm unsure why it took the amount of time it did to finish such a small space. I feel I was overcharged for the clean I received. May be worth it for a larger space since it seems they worked the same amount of time on the 3 bedroom houses as they did on my small one bedroom apartment.
