They did a great job deep cleaning my home. It looks like a new house! The bathrooms are spotless. Deep rust stains in the toilets because they hadn't been used in almost 2 years are completely gone! The kitchen sink is sparkling and the oven looks like new! Surfaces and windows cleaned. They cost more than quotes I got from other places but I went with them because their portfolio of past cleaning jobs showed they had experience successfully cleaning my problem areas. Absolutely life changing work! My bedroom actually looks VERY clean, and it feels comfortable and welcoming again. Bathroom was scrubbed spotless, floors were swept in every nook and cranny, and they gave us the space we didn't even know we had! I absoluetly recommend Nat Pro, especially for a blind cleaning, as she and her team knew very well what to do. The price of $300 was understandable and reasonable and the work was completed in about 4 hours, even considering we had a bigger mess than normal to sort through. I asked them to clean my a new house I was moving into. They did a sloppy job, left many things still dirty and even broke a couple of things. Definitely not worth the price EDIT: Yelp would not let me respond to your comment, so see my response below: First, you called me today to have a screaming match about the review. That was extremely unprofessional. Second, lets dive into the points. 1. No the house was not "checked". You were cleaning in the middle of the day. I was working from home as most people do. In about 20 seconds of casually glancing around I saw many things that were dirty. I tried to pull your crew back in to clean some of them, but you were already out the door with people in the car. It was extremely difficult to get you to fix the things that you had missed. Eventually I gave up trying to get you to clean everything that was still dirty. 2. Yes, I agreed about the exposed wood. That's why I didnt mention it in the review. I am not sure why you are bringing it up. 3. I did not bring up anything about a lamp. I am not sure why you are mentioning it. There was no problem with the lamp that I was ever aware of. 4. Another point I did not bring up. But now that you mention it, you offered me a discount for the uncleaned window at the time. But then at the end you asked for the full price regardless (which I paid). At that point I was tired of trying to get you and your crew to come back and clean things you had missed. I had a call I needed to be on in a few minutes, and I simply did not have time to debate things with you. So no, there wound up being no discount. I do understand why the window would be difficult to clean though, which is why I also didnt bring it up in my review. 5. Finally, yes three things were broken as I explained when you rudely called me earlier today. 1. The vent in the kitchen. I literally came down to find it pulled out with plaster all over the floor. The rest of the floor had been cleaned so it had clearly happened while you were there. 2. One of the window latches in the middle upstairs room. The window just fell open a couple hours after you left. I had routinely been opening and closing that window previously. The latch had clearly been broken while you were there. 3. One of the downward facing lights in the kitchen over the the sink. Someone must have knocked it loose. I noticed it hanging down later that day and was unable to replace it without additional parts. read more
