They are horrible! First, I felt like I was chasing the owner to book the service. Also, the company did not perform a consultation to see how much work was required which they should have. They arrived the day of the cleaning with basic cleaning supplies needed to tidy up, not do a deep cleaning. They left abruptly without saying anything. Olga called me and stated that they did not feel comfortable doing the job and that the apartment was smelly, which was not true. She also admitted that it was going to be an 8-hour job. Yes, that's what I was paying you for! But don't turn it back on me like I was the problem, just say that your girls weren't prepared to do the job! Olga's team was great for a move-in deep clean. 3 Cleaners completed the 3 bedroom townhome in under 3 hours. They were professional and walked the space once completed to check everything. The baseboards and walls look brand new. I could've added on some additional cleaning like the inside of the window panes but opted out to save money. read more

Had my house cleaned a few days ago. Had some time to think. I went with this service because they had great reviews but I would not recommend if you're looking for a general move in cleaning. Too expensive and don't really get it done within budget. This was for a deep clean on an empty house with no furniture which has already been cleaned by the construction crew before they left. You pay per cleaner per hour. Which is fine but she showed up with 5 people! Ok, maybe they would be quick. They weren't. She told me it would be on the higher end of the quote; ok, no big deal. 3 hours in she said it would be another 200 to be able to clean the basement. It was empty. I just wanted a vacuum and wipe down of the walls. There were 5 people. I don't want to pay $800 for that. This seems like a service better suited for companies to hire who perhaps have a higher budget. Mostly it felt like it wasn't understood what I was looking for in the cleaning or they mismanaged their time (thus my budget) and didn't finish all that they said they would. read more

Olga is very quick to communicate and easy to work with. I had them come in to do a deep clean for an old empty apartment that I was going to move into. I chose this business because it had many reviews stating that they are thorough, and I am very picky about cleanliness. On the day that I moved in, I was happy to see that the appliances, bathtub, and inside of cabinets were completely spotless. However, a few areas seemed to have been missed -- for example, the top shelves on the bookshelf, and old dust and dirt was still caked onto the radiators and on the back of the fridge. I messaged Olga about this, and she quickly apologized and sent a crew of 3 to clean those areas. They were great -- focused, thorough, efficient. Reached out to 10+ companies on Yelp via their quote system and Olga was the one of the first to respond with an clearly stated hourly rate, supplies cost, and an estimated total. Price was similar to other companies but because Olga gave an hourly rate I went with her company. The workers showed up on time and worked much harder than the workers that I've hired via Amazon pre-covid. They cleaned all the cabinets, took out and washed all the refrigerator shelves and drawers, used a sponge on all of the baseboards, cleaned every inch of my windows, and more. A total of 3 hours on a 4 story, 4 bedroom, 1800 sq ft home. The final price was exactly what Olga quoted me. Would use them again in the future. read more

This was my first experience with a cleaning service and after thorough research I thought I had made a good choice but the experience ultimately left me feeling cheated. The total ended up being almost $100 more than my quote which I over estimated the square footage for and the cleaning really wasn't anything over the top. Olga dropped 2 cleaners off promptly at our agreed upon time. After about 20 minutes of them working Olga called me to let me know that the job was going to take longer than expected and would cost more. This was shocking because I have a 2 bedroom apartment in the art museum area which is easily under 1000 square feet which is what I told for my estimated price. Not extremely dirty. I was just requesting a good "spring" cleaning. There's only 2 people who live in the apartment and a small dog. I was shocked that I was now being told it would take 2 people 3 hours to clean. I was originally quoted 2-2.5 hours and I really didn't expect it to take more than 2. So I said okay because what can I do now. They already started. Am I supposed to tell them to pack up and leave or stop part way through. So after I thought it over I told the workers to not bother with the second bedroom thinking they would then be done quicker and it would be back to the original price. Not the case. They then took their time. 3 hours to clean one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and living room. Maybe 500 square feet. I mean come on it's a philly apartment. It's not that big. When they were done after exactlyyyyy 3 hours. Convenient. I paid them the price I was quoted on the phone for the extra time and told them goodbye. They left my apartment and stood right outside the door and called Olga. I thought they were waiting for a ride but no they were telling her what they were paid and now all of a sudden it wasn't enough because shortly after I got another call from Olga saying that it was actually $10 more than I paid them. Maybe I miss heard her on the phone before but come on they cleaned one less room than quoted for and I end up paying $100 more. She told me that it was now more because she was including the cost of them using their own cleaning supplies. Doesn't really make sense to me because you are a cleaning company so I would expect you to have the supplies but whatever. What really irritated me about this was the fact that they didn't only use their supplies. I didn't watch them as they cleaned but I know they used all the paper towels in my kitchen because after they left I had no more. They also used both of my step stools and didn't put them back where they were found. If you are charging extra for bringing your own supplies then you should only be using your own supplies and be prepared with everything needed. read more

The cleaning crew was suppose to be here at 1:30 and were close to an hour late. Once they arrive there was a language barrier to communicate. The team was here 2 hrs and it was 195 - which Is expensive. But I thought was ok with for the first time clean- as I thought it was deep clean. To the eye it was surface clean, however minutes after they left I had to wipe the up the kitchen floor (bc I spilled some water). The floors were dirty. There was still hair on the bath room rugs. For the price it was not worth it. Also when I emailed that I would not be using the service further - I got an OK. No asks as to why. Update. I had the owner of another service come today to go over what they would charge. After their walk through and pointing things out to me I notice more things that were promised by Olga which were not done I: Windows and blinds - are still dusty. The baseboard still dusty. And the kitchen cabinets and doors were not cleaned. What Olga committed to for first clean. 'Total price for first cleaning around 176-280$... 30$- price for per hour each worker for cleaning every week. Total price for every week cleaning around 120-150$. Total price depends on the house condition and your cleaning preferences. 20$- cleaning supplies, if you don't have. We can clean windows and blinds, we clean bathrooms with sponges, dusting furniture, doors, frame, fans, baseboards , floors, kitchen cabinets, stove and microwave' I honestly feel this service was joke. Also she made an inappropriate comment about how Americans don't know how to clean properly. That was beyond unprofessional. I am not used to be insulted by the help.
