I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't recommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Olga's Cleaning Services and would absolutely recommend them--especially for older or historic homes that require extra care and attention to detail. From the start, Olga was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which made scheduling seamless. The team arrived on time and immediately got to work, moving efficiently while still being incredibly thorough. They cleaned areas that are often skipped, including baseboards, trim, and hard-to-reach corners, and treated the home with real care. I also have a cat, so pet hair and stray litter can be a challenge, but they handled it without issue. Floors, corners, and high-traffic areas looked noticeably better, and the space felt truly clean--not just surface-level tidy. They worked steadily the entire time they were at my home. Olga actually called me with an updated quote after the team felt more time was needed to finish the job. Communication was appreciated and given the thorough effort and quality of their teamwork, pricing is fair. For anyone in Wilmington, DE, Olga's Cleaning Services is a fantastic choice. Professional, responsive, and extremely thorough--I'll definitely be using them again. read more

Olga's team was great for a move-in deep clean. 3 Cleaners completed the 3 bedroom townhome in under 3 hours. They were professional and walked the space once completed to check everything. The baseboards and walls look brand new. I could've added on some additional cleaning like the inside of the window panes but opted out to save money. read more

They are horrible! First, I felt like I was chasing the owner to book the service. Also, the company did not perform a consultation to see how much work was required which they should have. They arrived the day of the cleaning with basic cleaning supplies needed to tidy up, not do a deep cleaning. They left abruptly without saying anything. Olga called me and stated that they did not feel comfortable doing the job and that the apartment was smelly, which was not true. She also admitted that it was going to be an 8-hour job. Yes, that's what I was paying you for! But don't turn it back on me like I was the problem, just say that your girls weren't prepared to do the job! I'm booking with a company that is more professional and has the guts to tell me why they can't do the job instead of just walking away! Never again! read more

Olga's did a wonderful job! Super easy to communicate and coordinate with. We had a pet emergency less than 24 hours from our planned cleaning and they very graciously rescheduled at our last minute request. The cleaning itself was wonderful. Everything looks perfect and they were so quick. Highly recommend! read more

Never responded back to me/my request. If you're busy or full that's fine but it's rude and unprofessional to just not respond.

Services are reliable, and the owner is very kind! I am thrilled with the service. I'm big into organic products and when they leave the house doesn't have that chemical smell that I get when I use other services that use standard products. Their make their own cleaning products. I think that's amazing! read more

Olga contacted me immediately to correct the issues I had and offered to come back with no charge. The ladies did a great job while here.

Olga's Services is amazing. We've had them for deep cleaning at our home twice and my husband raves about them to anyone who will listen. They are thorough and responsive and really focus on getting the space clean and organized. Highly recommend and will have them back again. read more

Just had Olga and her crew out They did an amazing job and I will be using them monthly Never had my house so clean read more

Olga was very responsive, easy to communicate with and was able to offer the best price from all the offers I got. Her crew cleaned my brother's apartment in Southampton, PA and he was very satisfied. They were punctual, respectful and did a great job as my brother's apartment was in need of a very deep cleaning. We would highly reccomend hiring Olga's company. Sincerely, Maya. read more

Had my house cleaned a few days ago. Had some time to think. I went with this service because they had great reviews but I would not recommend if you're looking for a general move in cleaning. Too expensive and don't really get it done within budget. This was for a deep clean on an empty house with no furniture which has already been cleaned by the construction crew before they left. You pay per cleaner per hour. Which is fine but she showed up with 5 people! Ok, maybe they would be quick. They weren't. She told me it would be on the higher end of the quote; ok, no big deal. 3 hours in she said it would be another 200 to be able to clean the basement. It was empty. I just wanted a vacuum and wipe down of the walls. There were 5 people. I don't want to pay $800 for that. This seems like a service better suited for companies to hire who perhaps have a higher budget. Mostly it felt like it wasn't understood what I was looking for in the cleaning or they mismanaged their time (thus my budget) and didn't finish all that they said they would. read more

Responsive, timely, and professional! Helped us get the home ready for a special occasion - big lift and huge help

Olga and her team are excellent. They are the best cleaning services in the Philly area that I have used. My mother used her home cleaning services, originally and shared Olga's number with me. Olga and her team are punctual and friendly, plus my home was spotless and nicely organized with every cleaning! read more

Communicative, helpful, clear, and exceptional quality. My apartment was a little dirtier than expected, so Olga called me immediately and we quickly agreed on an updated scope and price, which was very fair. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly, and Olga is extremely responsive and helpful. read more

I had a seamless and easy process working with Olga and her team. I received quick responses from Olga when I reached out with my project request via Yelp and was able to schedule services within a short turnaround time. The team arrived in the provided estimated time-frame and confirmed which areas of the home we wanted targeted. My home looks lovely! From the blinds to the microwave and fridge, everything looks great. I would definitely work with Olga and her team in the future. read more

Olga is very quick to communicate and easy to work with. I had them come in to do a deep clean for an old empty apartment that I was going to move into. I chose this business because it had many reviews stating that they are thorough, and I am very picky about cleanliness. On the day that I moved in, I was happy to see that the appliances, bathtub, and inside of cabinets were completely spotless. However, a few areas seemed to have been missed -- for example, the top shelves on the bookshelf, and old dust and dirt was still caked onto the radiators and on the back of the fridge. I messaged Olga about this, and she quickly apologized and sent a crew of 3 to clean those areas. They were great -- focused, thorough, efficient. Even though some areas were missed on the first round, I really appreciated the ease of working with them and their quick, thorough work. read more

Hard working team did a great job of cleaning. Be aware that they do not speak english but communication via phone with Olga makes that not an issue. read more

Ridiculous pricing estimate! $200 - $250 plus $30 for cleaning supplies. All of that for a 2 br and 1 b 1100 sq ft home! Her work may be special but that price is Craziness! read more

I called Olga on Tuesday to see if she could provide a deep clean by Friday. She had a team of three show up on Thursday and accommodated my schedule. They cleaned for 8 hours and did not miss a corner. They were polite, thorough, and professional. Highly recommend! read more

Olga's services is amazing! They cleaned every inch of my home, the staff was hard working, and everything looked so clean when they were done. I will be using this service again and again. Thank you, Olga! read more

Hired Olga's team for a deep cleaning of my house. I do alright with keeping up with things but we have three cats and an older home and because of the pandemic we definitely hadn't been comfortable having a cleaner come before now. While there was a surprise (to both of us!) with one of the people she brought in leaving abruptly, despite being scheduled with other appointments, Olga got more help over immediately. My house looks IMPECCABLE and I appreciate it more than I can say. read more

Our house was in the middle of a renovation/overhaul after moving in, and it needed a deep clean due to a mouse problem. Olga's team came at exactly the time they said they would, and did a very diligent and beautiful job in turning the house into an actual home. They even organized all the random crap we had everywhere, which I did not ask for them to do, but very thankful that they did. Cannot recommend enough. Well worth every penny. read more

We had minor construction on one floor of our house. My wife and I took that as an opportunity to look for the cleaners we have always talked about getting. Olga's crew arrived timely and deep cleaned the house very thoroughly top to bottom. I would definitely recommend their services, and we will definitely be using them again! read more

Reached out to 10+ companies on Yelp via their quote system and Olga was the one of the first to respond with an clearly stated hourly rate, supplies cost, and an estimated total. Price was similar to other companies but because Olga gave an hourly rate I went with her company. The workers showed up on time and worked much harder than the workers that I've hired via Amazon pre-covid. They cleaned all the cabinets, took out and washed all the refrigerator shelves and drawers, used a sponge on all of the baseboards, cleaned every inch of my windows, and more. A total of 3 hours on a 4 story, 4 bedroom, 1800 sq ft home. The final price was exactly what Olga quoted me. Would use them again in the future. read more

We couldn't move into our apartment due to how filthy it was kept (and landlord didn't have it cleaned before move-in so it was all on us). It was so dirty that there was no way I could be in the unit for more than five minutes without having my asthma and allergies triggered. We opted for deep cleaning, and thanks to Olga and her amazing team, they made our place inhabitable again!! When I tell you it was night and day difference... Highly recommend! We would absolutely hire Olga and co again. We could've gone for a lower priced service, HOWEVER, we wanted to support a (ethical) business that pay their cleaners well, as it should be. They work hard and are constantly exposed to (harsh and or toxic) chemicals in addition to other allergens. Custodial workers are essential workers! Thank you so much Olga and team! We felt a million times better, physically and psychologically! read more

Grateful for quick response and quote, unfortunately family has decided on a different approach for services.

I was able to get service very quickly. They were quick and did a great job. My place has never looked better.

A job well done by Olga's Services. I plan to book Olga and her team's cleaning services again. In making the appointment, Olga was quick to respond to my inquiries. She also contacted me the day before to confirm my morning appointment. The three women were friendly and quick but thorough. As others mentioned, the services are expensive. However, I am more satisfied with the results compared to other cleaning services I've booked in the past. read more

I'm not one to write yelp reviews, but I've been going through some things in my life that have really set me back a bit. I knew I needed a change, and Olga's team totally delivered! I cannot describe how much better I feel now that I have a place that looks amazing!! read more

This was my first experience with a cleaning service and after thorough research I thought I had made a good choice but the experience ultimately left me feeling cheated. The total ended up being almost $100 more than my quote which I over estimated the square footage for and the cleaning really wasn't anything over the top. Olga dropped 2 cleaners off promptly at our agreed upon time. After about 20 minutes of them working Olga called me to let me know that the job was going to take longer than expected and would cost more. This was shocking because I have a 2 bedroom apartment in the art museum area which is easily under 1000 square feet which is what I told for my estimated price. Not extremely dirty. I was just requesting a good "spring" cleaning. There's only 2 people who live in the apartment and a small dog. I was shocked that I was now being told it would take 2 people 3 hours to clean. I was originally quoted 2-2.5 hours and I really didn't expect it to take more than 2. So I said okay because what can I do now. They already started. Am I supposed to tell them to pack up and leave or stop part way through. So after I thought it over I told the workers to not bother with the second bedroom thinking they would then be done quicker and it would be back to the original price. Not the case. They then took their time. 3 hours to clean one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and living room. Maybe 500 square feet. I mean come on it's a philly apartment. It's not that big. When they were done after exactlyyyyy 3 hours. Convenient. I paid them the price I was quoted on the phone for the extra time and told them goodbye. They left my apartment and stood right outside the door and called Olga. I thought they were waiting for a ride but no they were telling her what they were paid and now all of a sudden it wasn't enough because shortly after I got another call from Olga saying that it was actually $10 more than I paid them. Maybe I miss heard her on the phone before but come on they cleaned one less room than quoted for and I end up paying $100 more. She told me that it was now more because she was including the cost of them using their own cleaning supplies. Doesn't really make sense to me because you are a cleaning company so I would expect you to have the supplies but whatever. What really irritated me about this was the fact that they didn't only use their supplies. I didn't watch them as they cleaned but I know they used all the paper towels in my kitchen because after they left I had no more. They also used both of my step stools and didn't put them back where they were found. If you are charging extra for bringing your own supplies then you should only be using your own supplies and be prepared with everything needed. read more

The cleaning crew was suppose to be here at 1:30 and were close to an hour late. Once they arrive there was a language barrier to communicate. The team was here 2 hrs and it was 195 - which Is expensive. But I thought was ok with for the first time clean- as I thought it was deep clean. To the eye it was surface clean, however minutes after they left I had to wipe the up the kitchen floor (bc I spilled some water). The floors were dirty. There was still hair on the bath room rugs. For the price it was not worth it. Also when I emailed that I would not be using the service further - I got an OK. No asks as to why. Update. I had the owner of another service come today to go over what they would charge. After their walk through and pointing things out to me I notice more things that were promised by Olga which were not done I: Windows and blinds - are still dusty. The baseboard still dusty. And the kitchen cabinets and doors were not cleaned. What Olga committed to for first clean. 'Total price for first cleaning around 176-280$... 30$- price for per hour each worker for cleaning every week. Total price for every week cleaning around 120-150$. Total price depends on the house condition and your cleaning preferences. 20$- cleaning supplies, if you don't have. We can clean windows and blinds, we clean bathrooms with sponges, dusting furniture, doors, frame, fans, baseboards , floors, kitchen cabinets, stove and microwave' I honestly feel this service was joke. And no one should use them. Don't want ur money read more
