Excellent service! They replied promptly, arrived as scheduled and were very professional! Our windows look fantastic!

I had my windows cleaned today. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Gene and his Touch Window Cleaning services.

I used Gene again and, as before, they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Gene and 1 Touch Window Cleaning.

I called Gene on a Tuesday, and he was out on a Thursday morning cleaning our windows. He has a great attitude (we could often hear him singing to himself as he went about his work) and is easy to communicate with and is friendly, even with our dog. He did a great job cleaning the windows and tracks, although there were a few windows that needed the sills wiped after he left. Overall, we're very happy with the work and the windows look great! read more

We had Touch Window Cleaning to power wash our awnings. We have done them in the past, but they never came up clean. We had a large tree, and they had a lot of sap on them. Gene made them look almost new. He also responded quickly and came out and gave us a quote the same day. He was very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back again. read more

This whole transaction was terrific from beginning to end. Gene answered my Yelp message request for a quote the same day by asking me to call him and give him some more information. We spoke and he came by a couple of days later to look at the area of the house that we wanted powerwashed. He gave us a price, came by a couple of days later to do the job and was done in about a half hour; accepted Venmo. The house looks beautiful! Highly recommend. read more

GENE AND HIS HELPER DID AN AMAZING JOB! Quoted me a price over the phone, we set a date, and BOOM!...he was there first thing on Saturday morning. (6/29/19) They were fast, efficient, and my windows looked GREAT! My dogs kept harassing Gene when he was washing the windows in the back yard, so he took time out of his day to play fetch with them! Who does that? Gene does! :-) I also asked for him to quote a price to power wash our back stairs and patio...he managed to get that done on the same day, and it has honestly never looked better! Would recommend Touch Window Cleaning every day of the week. read more

I found Gene through a search for window cleaning and Yelp did not steer me wrong! I sent a message through the Request a Quote feature and heard back on the same day. Gene and I talked a couple times to figure out the best day for him to come out. He was always easy to get in touch with - something I definitely do not take for granted! Within a week, Gene was at my house, giving my windows the thorough scrub down they so desperately needed. Insides, outsides, screens and windowsills - everything is spotless. My rooms are noticeably brighter and my house feels so ready for spring! It's also worth mentioning that Gene was courteous and professional - someone I would absolutely recommend to friends and neighbors looking for window cleaning (or power washing and carpet cleaning, since he does those, too). The price was very reasonable as well. I'm extremely happy with my experience and look forward to calling on Gene again in the future! read more

Gene did an AMAZING job. I first hired Gene through a recommendation of a coworker to wash the windows at our two historic house museums in Society Hill and then had them come to my house because I couldn't believe how great the windows looked at the museums. All three properties are a few stories tall so he needed the help of his coworker, Omar to get the big ladder out. Both Gene and Omar were courteous, respectful and great people. The window washing was fair priced and turned out beautifully. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm extremely satisfied with a product or service and felt compelled to write a review for these guys because I am extremely satisfied. Thanks so much! read more

Gene was courteous, professional, and friendly. My windows have never been cleaner! He did a great job.

Wow, Eugene is the man. We have 12 ft industrial windows and they probably haven't been clean since then building was built in the 80s. There were spider cobwebs everywhere. Basically our windows were an eye sore than a focal point. Eugene came the same day I asked for a quote. We did have a few more quotes that week from high rates companies listed on yelp. His quote was fair and not overpriced. I opted for his services and happy I did. Super professional, communicated via text which he was quick to respond to. His work was amazing. My windows are now something to brag about and obviously cleaner compared to my neighbors. They look as if there is no window pane there at all. If you are looking for a window cleaning service look no further. I plan on referring Eugene to my friends and using his services in the future. He is the man! read more
