Everything was great until I realized after the job was done that they weren't able to remove urine odor from the carpet in a closet. That was what I specifically needed them to do. I hired this company based on the great reviews and pictures and their supposed expertise in removing pet stains and odors. They also use a truck that hooks up to the cleaning hose so it's powerful suction. It all sounded great. I had some urine odor in a closet where the litter box used to be. To be clear, my cat used the litter box fine and was not peeing on the floor regularly or anything like that. What happened was he missed and accidentally peed on the edge of the litter box and it ran down the side onto the tarp I had on the rug. It must have seeped into the tarp and the rug. I didn't notice it until it started to smell. My technician, Harrison was very nice. After he was done and the urine odor was still there, he explained that the enzyme cleaning solution needed time to seep in and dry. He said that once it did, within 24 hours, the odor would be gone. It was not. It wasn't even improved. I paid well over $300 to have a one bedroom apt. cleaned and I was extremely disappointed. Maybe this was an anomaly and he didn't use the right cleaning solution, didn't know what he was doing, etc. I don't know. That was my experience though. I wouldn't recommend this company for removing pet odors. I did a better job with my Little Green Machine and a $16 bottle of "Sunny & Honey" Carpet Miracle Carpet Cleaner & Deodorizer that I bought on Amazon. I have been using it for over a year now. It works great on all pet stains and smells good too. I was finally able to get the urine odor out of the carpet in the closet using this cleaner. read more

He didn't send someone to handle it, he came and explained the process and really worked to get the stains out. This is exactly how a small business should run. Efficient, prompt and honest. I have a rug that, over the last 2 years, has a few stains and hidden 'love spots" from my dog. Matt explained to me over the phone exactly what his process would be for this specific rug and situation. He also gave the price up front (which is very reasonable) and how long the job would take. The day of the cleaning he was running a little late due to another job running over. He called me twice, gave me updates and showed up exactly when he said he would.
