After talking about all of the services they provide, they gave me a very fair price quote and they also happened to have an immediate opening, so we set up the appointment as well. On the day of the appointment, the guy showed up right on time as promised. He also gave us a phone call prior to arrival, which was helpful. As for the work, the job went very well. It took him about 2 hours to finish 7 rooms, 2 sets of stairs and 2 hallways which was impressive. Everything looked amazing when he was done! The guy worked really hard the entire time he was there and I really appreciated his diligence. He also helped me out when it was time to make payment. I was away from the house, entertaining my 5 year old in a local park when he was looking to collect. I asked if he could meet me at the park instead of having me come back home and he said no problem, which was pretty cool. Saved me a trip and ensured that my kid could keep playing. In the end, I would absolutely recommend these guys. Really outstanding experience on all counts.

The other company didn't show up so I call this company back to check on their earliest availability. Someone from this company returned my call but they sounds hostile. They saved my name and my number to their phone and they make me feel bad for cancelling the service before. Even though I cancelled gave them a proper notice, more than 24 hours in advance. They raked the first layer and put it in bags and hauled them away, put antimicrobial fogger, lime was distributed throughout the whole basement and the old 12 foot sewer pipe (that was left behind by the contractors that replaced the pipe) was cut into pieces and hauled away. They came and did a great job and one of the best parts was they could not have been nicer. It was a big foul smelling mess and they cleaned it up and restored it. Our appointment was for 9:00 AM and the technician did not show up until after 9:40 and didn't even call until 9:30 to say he was running late. In the meantime we were frantically calling Fresh Start, (on hold for 15 minutes) sending emails, replying to Arts email that said they'd be here at 9:00 on Jan 3. And after spending $200 on our carpet cleaning you can still see the high traffic areas around our couch. It looked better before they steam cleaned it.
