We just moved into a townhouse and the tile floors were really dirty. I tried cleaning them myself, but wasn't happy. Alan responded very quickly. I requested quote from several other companies at the same time and most haven't responded at all! His price was very fair, the work was done quickly and made a HUGE difference! Do NOT use for vent or duct cleaning! They came in with a carpet cleaning vacuum, spent half hour cleaning the return vents with it and charged almost as much as the guys who do real cleaning with a tube vacuum that goes all the way inside. This is almost a scam. When I confronted him all he had to say that we should've spent the money and hired the guys with the right equipment. The fact Is that a real duct cleaning company will not cost you a lot more than this guy. Total waste of $500. You have been warned! read more

A neighbor alerted me to a dryer vent that was almost completely blocked up in a gable of my townhouse that is invisible from my unit, and Alan and his assistant came over promptly to thoroughly clear out the fire hazard and clean every vent in my home. The job required Alan to climb up onto a high roof, which he cheerfully did despite the degree of danger involved. They were professional, friendly, and competent, and left no debris behind anywhere.
