They did a goodish job on my living room carpet. I still touched up some small areas. I don't recommend them for Berber carpet. I feel like I just should have done my carpets myself. It is not a good feeling to pay to cleaning and then clean it yourself again. They were honest and did warn me. I just don't understand why I can get better results with non professional equipment and products.

When they showed up at our home to install luxury vinyl tile, they came with a different tile than we ordered. While installing it, they damaged one of our walls. In less than a year, some of the tiles were not adhering well. Two years later, there's even more problems. When we ordered the vinyl tiles, they said it would be easy to replace any tile that needed replacing. That turns out not to be the case. We have called Mr. Davis repeated times to fix our floor. However, even though he promised to repair our floor, he has never done so.
