The Cleaning? Chef's Kiss. The Customer Service? Absolute Clown Show…read more Let me paint you a picture: I'm sitting in Las Vegas, 2,500+ miles away, trying to coordinate carpet cleaning for my rental property in New Jersey like some kind of long-distance logistics wizard. OxiFresh was my ride-or-die back when I lived there -- their cleaning is genuinely stellar, no notes. But oh boy, did Corporate have other plans for me. I called the franchise location directly and got connected to what I can only describe as a human answering machine with a script and zero problem-solving skills. She asked for my zip code, discovered I was ONE town over from their service area, and essentially said "not my problem" with a smile in her voice. Fine. I escalated to their big, shiny nationwide toll-free number -- you know, the one that implies they can help anyone, anywhere. Same song, different robot. And when I asked if they could at least point me toward someone who could help? Crickets. Loud, echoing, maddening crickets. So here I am, managing a 2,500-mile gap, a time zone difference, and a corporate policy so rigid it apparently can't bend one zip code for a loyal customer. I eventually found a local mom-and-pop shop that's been in business for 38+ years -- and shockingly, they acted like they actually wanted my business. Imagine that! OxiFresh, your cleaning crew is amazing. Your corporate policy department, however, needs a deep clean of its own.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and Anthony and Mike arrived on time. Before getting started, they inspected our Maytag dryer and discovered that part of the dryer vent connection was actually broken. They were able to remove the broken piece, properly reconnect the dryer, clean the lint from inside the dryer, and clean the entire dryer vent from the outside of the house all the way back to the dryer. Anthony and Mike were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated that they took the time to inspect everything rather than simply cleaning the vent and leaving. I felt like they did a great job and I received good value for my money.
