So many wonderful reviews, and I have to second all the accolades for this company. It's a family owned and operated company, Ashley in the office and Brandon on the Ducts with his assistant. We recently purchased an older home and I don't think the ducts had been cleaned in at least 50 years. They were incredibly filthy! Brandon and Fred went to work and now I can't believe how clean they look and how dust free my house is. My allergies are gone. I highly recommend this company and I know we will use them in the future to keep our ducts clean. read more

Well the recommendations were spot on! Ashley was great in communicating with us prior to the job including sending us info on the process as well as a straight forward quote. Brandon came in time and did an outstanding job clean our ducts. He was very considerate, thorough and it was fun to learn about the process and see the before and after pictures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Brandon at Clean Air Property is amazing. We hired him to clean our gas dryer vent, and found that the duct was not fully attached to the dryer. I'm pretty sure he saved our lives by fixing what could have been CO poisoning . What can be a better review than that? All while being honest, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'm usually not one to post reviews, but I will be grateful forever to this company/owner. read more

Been using them for years! Always do a great job. Prompt and good service too, highly recommend!

Brandon was so nice and really informative! I had just completed constuction and was feeling ill from drywall dust. He took the time to share videos through the process and show me what I was breathing in. Really releived to have had this service. Brandon was really nice and also respectful of my home and use tarps etc. Thanks so much! read more

I hired this company to clean my dryer vents. My dryer was having to be run 3 times in order to dry clothes and I felt like maybe the vent was clogged. Wow!! spoke to the owner, Ashley and she was great! The techs came out, Liam and Mike and they were knowledgeable, explained everything and thorough. They both were sweet as pie and I will definitely work with them in the future. You will not be sorry. read more

Brandon & Julian cleaned our dryer vent, which was showing "80%" clogged on the dryer display. They used a camera attached to a fiberglass pole to look down the vent. Looking at the image on his phone I could see the vent had a LOT of lint in it. They used a spinning brush in conjunction with a wet vac to remove the built up lint. When we looked at the vent again with the camera I couldn't believe the difference. It was completely clean. After reconnecting everything, they ran the dryer to test for leaks. They vacuumed up any debris that had fallen. They were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They even wore booties over their shoes. I'll definitely be using them next time. read more

I've moved into my new home in October and I've been having severe allergies. I looked up duct cleaning and I chose yelp because it's hard to find good vendors these days. I messaged clean air prop solutions and within 2 hours they responded and asked a few questions and we set it up for the following week. When Brandon and his team came, they were great. They were early actually which I wasn't expecting and I loved it! They setup the tools and got the job done and provided me with photos of before and after. Loved the communication, left my house looking cleaner then before and I know the job was done right. Thank you! read more

Contacted Clean Air after difficulty and frustration with other "Big name" providers. Wanted a family owned business that would give me straight answers and not try to upsell me at every turn. I'm 26 and a first time home owner. The previous owners were not great at upkeeping the HVAC unit and changing filters, and the air quality was noticeably poor in the house, indoor allergies I hadn't had in years were acting up within first few days of moving in. I had reached out to a big name provider to get a quote for just cleaning out the ductwork in the house. This led to a $3K+ estimate for replacing parts and digital air filters for the hvac whole unit, or $10k plus to replace the unit entirely which is currently 9 years old but still working properly and blows cold with no issues. Not to mention they told me that the types of ductwork my house is built with cannot be cleaned by them because of the design and their equipment, which is the whole reason I had them come out in the first place. Frustrated I called Clean Air on a Friday night and heard back immediately. Brandon and his team called beforehand, arrived on time, and told me the ducts can be cleaned (which made sense I was very confused why the other company said impossible.) A couple hours later and the job was done and done well. Will definitely reach out next time as well and highly recommend! read more

Working with Clean Air Property Solutions was so easy. They responded quickly and kindly to my inquiries and had the best pricing compared to all the other companies I inquired with. They were not pushy about services like other companies were either. They respected what I wanted even if it wasn't a large task for them. Our technician was Brandon and he was very professional and timely. We booked an early morning appointment and he called ahead of time to let me know his ETA. Upon arrival, he was polite and even wore shoe covers which we loved. We have a dog and usually my dog gets crazy when strangers arrive but my dog stayed calm when Brandon arrived. Strong believer that dogs are a good judge of character. haha Overall, I highly suggest hiring Clean Air Property Solutions for all your furnace/vent cleaning. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future. read more

I have never used an "air duct cleaning" business but knew we had to purge our ducts from years of buildup. I did a thorough search and selected Clean Air Property Solutions. They did a fantastic job. They explained everything over the phone and delivered on their promises. They were neat, clean, efficient and reviewed all their work when completed. I am getting an estimate for my sons home. I would give them an A++++ rating and will definitely use again. Thank you Ashley and Brandon! read more

Brandon and Ashley were on time and great to talk to. I reached out because I was smelling a smokey smell coming from my dryer. Brandon climbed up onto our roof and quickly cleaned out our air vent. When he was done he told me there was a decent amount of lint but there was good air flow. Brandon said if we still smell smoke we should have an appliance guy come to clean out the heating element because our dryer is on the older side. Overall, Brandon and Ashley provided a great and speedy service! read more

I hired Brandon to clean out my AC and ducts that were messing up my allergies. Out of all the candidates, I chose him due to his responsiveness and reasonable pricing. Upon inspection, he told me the ducts were very old and may still contribute to my allergies in spite of him cleaning them. I went along with the cleaning anyways but I appreciated his transparency. He finished quickly and was very mindful to not leave a mess afterwards. He also seemed like a genuinely friendly guy all around. My allergies instantly improved when he left and I turned the AC back on. I'll definitely hire him again when my ducts need another cleaning. I'm very grateful for his work. read more

We bought a house that previously had a cat and a dog. I'm sure the sellers didn't have a vacuum. Fur balls everywhere, you can only imagine the vents to the heating & AC. THEY WERE GROSS! See the pics. The stuff in the vent: flaked off skin, cat and dog dander, hair, and a lot of other stuff you don't want your house air to recirculate ... because you end up breathing it! I called around & asked questions. Brandon offered a terrific price and did everything others would do and more! His stellar helper even washed all the vent grills. WOW! Breath easy; call him today ... you don't want to breathe that stuff! read more

Beyond satisfied! I had Brandon and his assistant over to do a complete HVAC, air duct, and dryer vent cleaning a couple of weeks ago. I was noticing some dust build-up on my air vents and also felt like I was dusting more than usual. I did some digging and realized I was most likely overdue for an air duct cleaning. I called this company and spoke with Ashley, she answered all my questions and walked me through their cleaning process. She was also able to schedule me on a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work. I definitely notice a difference - much less dust and my husband feels like he's less sneezy. Thanks, Clean Air team! read more

Fantastic service even before booking with them. Ashley's customer service was friendly, professional, and prompt. I chose them over another company because they gave a very detailed breakdown of what would be done and answered all of my questions without getting annoyed via Yelp messaging. Their prices are very fair. Brandon did an excellent job - he kept things clean and had a blanket to lay down before doing each duct. He also finished in just two hours than the expected 3-4hrs. We have lived in our house for 15 years and have never had our air ducts cleaned. We have cats, previous owners had dogs. We also were due for a dryer vent cleaning. I contacted Clean Air for a price quote for both. It turns out that they gave us a discount if we had both done at the same time! Brandon, the owner of the business, arrived early and got to work immediately. He took before/after pictures of the air ducts. Can't believe what they looked like...He recommended that we repeat the cleaning every 3-5 years. He then took care of the dryer vent. Brandon was efficient and friendly (even played with one of our cats while setting up). I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again! read more

Brandon quickly answered my call when I was shopping around for quotes for air duct cleaning. After just a few simple questions he was able to give me a quote over the phone, which was much better than any I had received. I booked right away and he was able to come a few days after. I was immediately sent a follow up email from Ashley about date, time and price breakdown which also included other service prices like bathroom and dryer vent cleaning which was enticing, but not necessary this time around. Brandon called when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He was professional and courteous and the price was exactly what I was told over the phone. He answered all questions I had and I feel great knowing we have clean air pumping throughout the whole house. I will for sure be using Clean Air Property Solutions in the future when it is time for a clean again. Thanks for coming to Camarillo! read more
