I called on Saturday and they were able to come on Tuesday which I appreciated, because the new A/C is being installed on Thursday. Malik cleaned our ducts and vents and sanitized them. Sanitizing the individual duct/vents was added ($25 extra for each vent) to the originally quoted package which he said only includes sanitizing the main duct, but I wanted that done after seeing the mold build-up on the vent registers. He also helped taking out the moldy vent registers because it's probably better just to replace than trying to clean them. Overall, glad we did the cleaning, though I wish it was clearly stated the vent sanitizing was NOT included in the quote, because the quote just said "...air duct cleaning includes up to 15 supply vents and returns, two main duct per single unit, sanitizer (to prevent mold growth)..." A little update: Later through the check-in with the owner, the owner Nick answered all my questions, told me how to maintain, and that we won't need to do a cleaning again until a few years later. Also after hearing my concern about the mold on the registers, he said the registers needed to be thrown out and replaced, but the ducts behind the vents themselves didn't have mold so didn't have to be sanitized, even though it was my request to sanitize them. I was told main duct/trunk sanitization is what they usually do and individual duct/vent sanitization is not a recommended practice actually. He offered to refund the extra charge for the vent sanitization that I didn't need. I appreciate that honesty and accountability. read more

Great experience. I have 3 flues and they provided me a quote within minutes and set up an appointment the same week The technician arrived on time and was very efficient and polite. He inspected and cleaned all 3 flues and provided before and after photos to show the job he did. An excellent experience. Highly recommended read more

Cancelled on me the first day and came three hours late the next day. To clean my dryer vent the guy on the phone said it would be a 100-200 bucks. Turns out they charge $30 a foot and my bill was about $750. They were at least supposed to quote me before doing the work but they didn't. I spoke up and they apologized for not showing me the quote first and charged me 400. I paid. And now that I'm playing it out in my mind, I feel like this might have been all by design. I think I was just played big time. read more

Great service from start to finish! Scheduling was easy, the technician (Nick) arrived on time, and the dryer vent cleaning was done efficiently and carefully. Nick took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I feel much safer knowing the vent is clean and running efficiently. Would definitely use them again. read more

He explained the process clearly, showed before-and-after results, and made sure everything was clean and functioning properly. Highly recommend All duct cleaning for anyone needing dryer vent or air duct cleaning. This is now my go to duct cleaning contractor. Also want to add that the work done was such high quality, my hvac servicer mentioned and asked who performed cleaning. read more

Cleaned chimney and fireplace. Great cleanup! Very courteous. I am having them back next week to clean heating/air vents.

Our dryer stopped heating because the vent was clogged and the sensor refused to allow heat so we wouldn't have a fire. All Duct replied to our request for vent cleaning within a few hours and were able to come service our dryer vent within 24 hours of our request. They cleaned the duct and got the dryer working again!!! In a house with a 4 person family and kids who play sports, getting the dryer back in the dead of winter was super important. Their price was also very reasonable at $130 for new clients with a 2nd floor dryer that vents to the roof. We are very pleased and would be happy to use them again for this service. Highly recommend! read more

Nick from allduct cleaners has been a great relief in the midst of our renovations. He has been highly responsive and is a great communicator and he knows his stuff. His duct cleaning is very professional as he shows before and after pictures and he gives a 6 month warranty on the cleaning should any issues come up. The value for his service is excellent and he was very easy to schedule. He arrived on time and did the work as expected, no bad surprises, which for me at least seems amazing. It rarely has gone this way for us in the home improvement realm. We also appreciate his advice regarding a dryer vent installation that we may have him complete in the future. read more

Was easy to schedule, pricing was as quoted, good service. Would call them next time.

Scheduled a chimney sweeping and inspection service. Malik was very helpful and nice.

I've used All Duct twice for cleaning and inspection of our fireplace and dryer ducts. As mentioned by other reviewers they were very accommodating on scheduling and did quote pricing, plus provide an inspection report when done for HOA purposes. I will continue to use them for our every other year inspections. Service was great. read more

I searched on Yelp for a duct cleaning service provider, All Duct is one of the companies I reached out to ask for a quote. They attracted my attention by being licensed, providing additional sanitation and all the pictures showing before/after results. After asking around, their price was the most competitive, I scheduled the service immediately. While they were working in my property, they were very polite and proffesional. They cleaned up everything after the duct cleaning and wore protective shoes all the time. After the cleaning, I can literally feel the freshness of the air blowing out, amazing! I would not hasitate to recommend them to my family and friends. read more

Very good service. Vit helped me install new vent cover and guard cover. Sturdy and won't accumulated the lint compared to the old cheap plastic cover that always clogged after every year. He also helped me clean my 25 foot dryer duct and inspect my dryer. If you need a few quotes, definitely must include his. His prices are the best so far and will tell not charge you any hidden costs. read more

I reached out to All Duct cleaning for vent and dryer cleaning of my home. They responded almost immediately! Nick came and walked me through the whole venting process. He gave a very reasonable estimate for my home and cleaned my dryer vent during that time. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, walking me through the process every step of the way. He will be coming back to do the house at a discounted price !! I highly recommend this company! read more

Nick and his team were great. Did a quick and neat job. Took pictures of the flue that was cleaned. Notified me of any issues they saw. So they only do the cleaning which is good. Some companies clean the flue then fix the flue so you never know if they are saying you need work just to get more business, that's why I like All Duct cleaning all they do is clean flues and duct work. The price was also very very reasonable. read more

After tons of research on companies, we hired All Duct Cleaning to do a thorough air duct cleaning of our new (to us) house. They got sooo much gunk out of all of our vents (30+). Very reasonably priced too and they really went the extra mile (helping us move a bird nest from our house - WITHOUT HURTING THE BIRDS). Also they helped instruct us on installing new filters, new dehumidifier filter, and a bunch of other stuff - we had no idea what we were doing and they were very trustworthy and honest! Highly recommend for anyone looking for air duct cleaning or any other of their services :) read more

Very professional and actually shows up on time. Definitely recommend. Also very knowledgeable and willing to educate

Nic and Russell were on time, thorough, clean, and professional during the air duct cleaning session. I shopped around for quotes and All Duct was the winner for 1. having certification, 2. the most flexible and reasonable pricing and plan, and 3. for their use of an air cleaning system that meant all the dust and particles were trapped and disposed of rather than recirculated into our home. Nic was very responsive, handled all of my questions, and never mansplained--which was highly appreciated. They weren't the cheapest but it was clear that they knew what they were doing and that they wouldn't upsell a service if we didn't need it. In 3.5 hours (as quoted) they cleaned all 18 vents/returns in my 2 story house and also did a preliminary check and cleaning of our bathroom exhaust fans. They updated my husband and I along the way and even showed us that one of the bathroom fans wasn't sealed off (which meant the fan was sucking attic insulation into the house and into our air). Nic and Russell sealed that area so not only do we have clean vents but they actually fixed an underlying problem. I also appreciated that they took great care around the tight corners and stairs between our entrance and the HVAC system so as not to damage our home with their equipment. Looking forward to using them again when we are due for our next service. read more

Very impressed with this business. The owner and worker were very thorough and knowledgeable. The owner gave me great insight on dryer venting and how to improve what I currently have. The before and after pictures show the work they performed. The price was very reasonable and the owner gave us a few breaks even though they were performing more work than in the original quote. I plan on using them again in the future and referring them to friends and family. read more

Nick responded promptly to my request for chimney cleaning service. Quoted me a reasonable rate and scheduled me a week out which I thought was reasonable given this is the busy season for chimney cleaning. As luck would have it, he had to be in the area to pick up some equipment so he texted me back an hour later to see if I was free and came over the same day. Excellent service, friendly/thorough. Didn't leave a speck of ash behind. Definitely recommend. read more

Great, great, great!! From the time I called All duct Livingston to the moment the technician(Nick) finished all works, everything was perfect.
