I did more than an hour of research to narrow down the best options for dryer vent cleaning in Bergen County. I had dozens of tabs open on my web browser. I decided to go with A Plus, and it was a very good decision. We called and spoke with Danielle and made an appointment, they were pretty booked and busy back in early September. But she got back to us with an earlier appointment and Tom made it to us on time and prepared to clean the dryer vent. He explained what he would do, how he would do it, I watched as he worked and his approach - I had seen several YouTube videos of how it's done, but seeing someone actually do it was interesting for me. We weren't completely sure the dryer vent cleaning would fix the problem - but Tom gave us confidence that we didn't need to buy a new dryer, that the dryer vent cleaning would solve the problem. Granted my dryer is old in the condo I recently purchased. The technician over charged me for vacuuming lint and dust out of the dryer's casing. I spoke to about 5 different places and they were the most reasonably priced. They were extremely professional, on time and they wore masks throughout the entire process. If you see the pictures below that I attached, my parents house vents were never cleaned...ever. They did an amazing job cleaning it all up, entertained my son while he was asking them 100,000 questions about what they were doing (sorry about that lol) and they didn't leave behind any mess. Both Tom and another gentleman wore masks while they worked, and did a great job cleaning up everything after they were done. As for the quality of their work, my husband and I felt it was excellent.
