Kyle was very helpful and came over on a Sunday to reattach my gutter to the side of my house. He's super friendly and did an quick and excellent job. It was hard to get the ladder at the right angle because we live in a row-house in South Philly, but he figured it out and got everything reattached and even used invisible brackets so there's nothing showing on the outside of the gutter. I was concerned because the forecast was for rain, but they were able to get everything done before the deluge. Its been over 2 years since I had Kyle and Windows Done Right out to do work. His work last time was so good, that I didn't even need to be reminded or asked by my wife to get him scheduled for another job. These guys are great. Based on Yelp reviews I gave them a shot and I was not disappointed. Unlike my previous company i used, these guys had no issues coming into center city to clean my windows and gutters. When I called Kyle he was very responsive and did everything he could to get this team to my house within the week. In addition, John & Scott were on time for my appointment - actually early but Kyle notified me they were coming early. They were terrific and very professional. Even my dog liked them (for the most part) and he is not a fan of strangers in the house. The cherry on top was an immediate follow up call from Kyle checking in on the service.
