Wow. Mind blown in every way. When I contacted the business through Yelp (at 8pm), I was of course not expecting a response until the next day. Instead, through an exchange of emails, I had an evaluation appointment for the next morning. Beyond phenomenal, and entirely unnecessary (but still greatly appreciated) responsiveness. The owner and her adult daughter arrived early for the evaluation the next morning (did I mention this was with less than 12 hours notice...?) to take a look at the place and provide (an extremely reasonable) quote for bi-weekly services. The actual cleaning service was also far, far, far beyond my expectations. Dishes were washed. Clothes were folded. Linens were changed. All without me having to ask, and again, far beyond my expectations. The house looks like an actual human being lives there. I can invite my family over now. I'm sending referrals to everyone I know. They really are as good as you could possibly imagine. Hire them yesterday. read more

We hired Dee to come in and deep clean our new home. We moved in a few months prior to the cleaning and the home wasn't in terrible shape but being that family is coming to stay for the week of our wedding I really wanted the house to be spotless. And boy is it SPOTLESS! There are things so clean that I didn't even realize were dirty until after the service. Our glass shower is so clean I almost walked in to the door. The bathroom tiles are about 3 shades lighter in color. Beds are made perfectly, dust is gone, and the house smells great. I wish I'd hired Dee and her team sooner. Fantastic job! I own a bed and breakfast in the Brandywine Valley and need help in our cottages during our really busy times. They really helped me out with a short notice cleaning when multiple other cleaners couldn't fit me into their schedule before my out-of-town guests were going to arrive. I have tried several cleaners over the last few years, and despite telling each of them multiple times exactly what I was looking for, none of them ever did everything I asked.
