They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. I outreached Renae's All Purpose Wayz to clean my 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home on very short notice. I had recently had a surgery and family was coming in to visit. The goods: Renae's responded promptly and had one time slot that worked just right. Their quick response, time slot and review sold me. They brought all cleaning supplies and were very friendly. The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). After communicating regularly on Yelp and confirming an appointment about 10 days in advance of the scheduled day, the company was a no show and entirely unresponsive. I called multiple times, left a voicemail, reached out through email, and again on Yelp as the day went on. A full 24 hours later I still have not received any communication as to what happened or just to respond to me. Overall disappointed because it puts me in a bind for the schedule of my move-in. The task was a deep clean of an empty, 1 bedroom apt less than 450sqft. I suggest beyond communicating or scheduling through Yelp, that you ask for another form of confirmation from them prior to your project happening. read more

Terrific response, very fair pricing, professional and friendly folks. (They wore booties in our house!) Kelsey and Lloyd cleaned a bedroom that had suffered water damage from an outside leak and had laid dormant (and damp) for a couple years. They bleached the exposed cement and cinder blocks, shampooed the carpet and the mattress, saving us the cost of a new one. Washed walls and ceiling fan and helped move furniture and make room. My request for a quote was promptly answered ( unlike many other companies) I even had one company call me 2 days after I left a message! Anyhow, the quote was a little on the high side, but this place was dirty and I needed it done well and quickly. It was a moveout... so years of yuck. They had a timeslot within days. I also spoke to Kelsey and felt confident she would do her very best deep clean. I hired her and I am so glad I did. I got before and after pix, she was there a long time ( it was a 3 bed,3 bath) and everything was sparkling when she was done. She even called me to ask if I wanted her to do the blinds (which were so old that she recognized it might not be worth it) I agreed, they were not worth it. The kitchen and bathrooms were really deep cleaned, everything was dusted HIGH celing fans were cleaned, and she was easy to communicate with. The laundry room had not been completed though( honestly I think she just ran out of time in the day). I called and asked her to please get that room done, and she went back super early the next morning, completed the job and sent me pictures. This kind of attention and hard work/good communication was worth the price. I spoke to 3 cleaners/cleaning companies before this one, and each was ready to take my money, but " not this week" or said "we can't be sure it'll be up to your standards" after I asked some questions. One even said the job was to big for her small business! What? If you want to save time AND have a cleaner who does a great job, just call Kelsey and her husband. Kelsey and her partner did a fantastic job cleaning our home. We requested a deep clean as it has been a while since the home was properly cleaned. They had a game plan for what to do in their deep clean, and did everything we asked for very well, including washing grease and smudges off of our walls. Their plan was thorough and they even cleaned our full refrigerator. We forgot to clean the "mess" from the kids out of the way before they arrived, but that was no problem and they moved all of the mess or otherwise put the items in a reasonable spot. They took care as they cleaned and nothing was damaged. They quoted us a price range when we scheduled, before they started, and the final price when they were done was within $10 of the LOW end of the quoted range. The only minor issue we had was that they arrived and started about an hour later than when they were first scheduled, but they kept me informed via text as they were updating their ETA. They stayed long enough to get the full job done. Overall, they did better than other cleaning services we have hired. I am very happy and I would recommend Renae's All Purpose Ways. read more

I put in a Request For Quotes through Yelp for local cleaners to perform a move-in / move-out cleaning for a unit. Renae's responded very quickly, and was able to provide available near term timeslots (within a week) for me, at a very reasonable cost. The duo arrived on time, and they really cleaned the unit for a move-in / move-out condition. Of course, the entire unit was cleaned very well, but some highlights - the kitchen and bathroom sinks, which a previous tenant had let mold / grime build up, were now gone and spotless. The oven and range was now spotless. And the fridge (inside and outside) were as new. Once they were finished, they also sent me the "after" photo shots of the unit since I was not on site at the time to ensure I was satisfied.
