Yes, some stains couldn't come out, but the dirt and odor are gone. As he was cleaning you could see a clear difference between what was cleaned and what was still to be cleaned. He/his team worked in a small apartment that has been vacant for a long time and brought it back to live in condition! Floors (tile, wood, carpet), carpet inside and out of cabinets (special req I'm guessing for inside the cabinets), I don't know because he was happy to accommodate any of my requests. The first time I booked with this company, they deep cleaned my house, but in the process of cleaning my house they dropped a plant which is fine that's not really a big deal, but then they never said anything to me about it. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. I do not recommend this company, and the overall value and service is not worth the amount of money that they charge.

The bottom line is he showed up on time, cleaned both rooms well, but hit us with an exorbitant bill of $170! I asked Kwami later why his bill was so high, he said he had to wait to clean the rooms for the contractors to get out of the way. After later asking the contractor and my wife how long Carib had to wait to get in to clean, it was about 15 minutes. I do not mind paying for good service or even if there is a delay from my part, but neither Kwami or his team came to me and told me ahead of time that this delay would cost extra and certainly not $100 more than what I would have paid for another comparable, very highly regarded company! I thus feel Carib/Kwami was not transparent and honest, which is why I will not use them or refer them to others in the community. As they did do a good job on the cleaning the floors (but very wet afterwards), i reluctantly gave them 3 stars. If you still feel compelled to use Carib, I would highly advise getting a quote in writing from them in advance before you use them.
