I needed someone to come in and do a deep cleaning of the office before I returned home. I called nearly 10 different places, and not one returned my call--until I reached out to Silvia. She was incredibly responsive, coming in the same day to give me a quote, even after a job she had just completed. Not only did we agree on a great price, but Silvia and her team also did an exceptional job. The office looked spotless, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend Pink Hands Cleaning Services to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and professional cleaning. They exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely reach out to them again for future needs! Thank you, Silvia and team!

Right away they were warm, friendly, and super easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of the awkward "someone new is in my house" energy. During the initial walk-through, they were attentive and asked great questions. The kind that show they care about doing the job your way, not just running a generic checklist. The results were honestly impressive. Their attention to detail and the little subtle touches were next-level. The kind of clean that makes your home feel calmer the second you walk in. Everything looked great, smelled fresh, and was clearly done with pride. Zero complaints. Erika and Ava did an amazing job and I'd recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. But beginning a few months ago, new employees were sent on various weeks, and reliability in arrivals and quality of the service started declining. On our last service, after our cleaners left, we saw that one of our three bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and another was poorly cleaned. We notified management about this and asked that someone return to clean those spaces -- not necessarily the same day, but within the same week. We were told they did not have anyone available that week. Instead we were offered a very small discount on the full service price. We then requested that a different crew be sent for our upcoming services. We were told they have staffing shortages and we should find another cleaning company.

Why did I pay so much money for that? It was just disappointing. It was a busy time of year, and I know it's hard to manage a small business, but the communication with Cleaning Frenzy was ridiculous. Will not be giving my money to them again.
