O'Classic Humble Cleaners replied within the hour of my request. The owner was very personable, yet professional. They broke everything down simply and succinctly. The initial consulting fee was reasonable and the consult was very helpful in fully discussing the scope of work. Without it, I realized that my project questionnaire through Yelp added way more work than I wanted/needed and it would've costed me a ton more. They came in for a full 8 hours and did an AMAZING job throughout the house, even getting to the ledges on the high windows and chandelier at the front of my home. They requested I come in to inspect the final product as they were wrapping up and to ensure they got all the spots I expected. I made one very minor recommendation at that point and they addressed it immediately. The house has not looked this immaculate in years. The company came through for me in a pinch, so I am super grateful that they were able to accomplish this for me. I absolutely plan to use them again in my next home.

Prior to the appointment, we agreed to the time and I even suggested a different day if it was too late in the evening but she stated that time was fine. I hope this was just an unfortunate experience and not normal business practices, regardless I am now looking for a new cleaning service.

I used Clean as a Whistle for a couple of years. I am ending service with this provider because…read moreduring my last cleaning the ladies put a long, deep scratch in my hardwood floors and the business owner, Lynn Smith, refuses to accept any responsibility. I was home during cleaning, and I pointed out the scratch to the cleaners before they left. It absolutely was not there when they came - it is very obvious and impossible to miss. The business owner sent out two floor experts to assess the damage - both told me that a large area would need to be refinished to ensure that the color matched. I DID NOT want to do this because it is a difficult messy process. I thought that the business owner and I could find someone to fix it to an acceptable level without this messy expensive refinish. I never got a chance to discuss this idea because when Ms. Smith called, she immediately told me she was not responsible because 1) her cleaners said they only used a Swiffer and vacuum on my floors and 2) her experts said that a Swiffer/vacuum could not make this scratch. She even said that she had to take this stand because her customers could say ANYTHING that happened was her fault and make her pay. In other words, I am an opportunist trying to make her pay for refinishing my floors. I am both injured (floor scratch) and insulted! I suggest finding another company that accepts responsibility for errors and works with the customer to find a solution, rather than assuming they are dishonest.

Jean was very accommodating when we told him it was urgent as we have a small baby and need to be sure the house is clean before moving in. They were so caring and used all "green" cleaning supplies to ensure safety for our baby! They worked so hard and scrubbed every inch of the house-floors, ceilings, walls, cabinets, windows etc... it is sparkling and there isn't one spot of dirt or dust in the whole house! I'm so glad we went with them and will definitely use them again. The whole house looks new! Fairly priced as well especially considering how hard they worked. Thank you, Elite Management!
