We recently purchased an older home and I don't think the ducts had been cleaned in at least 50 years. They were incredibly filthy! Brandon and Fred went to work and now I can't believe how clean they look and how dust free my house is. My allergies are gone. Once at the house, Mike said he could not perform the requested duct cleaning service. He then suggested getting approximately $4,000 of services which involved sealing off ducts. He was really pressing for me and my wife to accept this new proposal. When I pressed him with questions and more information, he seemingly tap danced around them. He then said we would get a call from his company within the hour from his company trying to convince me to pay for these proposed services at discounted price around $3300.
