The technician, Robert was terrific. The administration/owner, John is criminal! I called back a few days after paying $200 to have my carpet cleaned because one blueberry fell on my carpet. The technician came back when he was next in the area. It took him less than 5 minutes to get the small spot out. THE COMPANY CHARGED $159. for less than 5 minutes; more than half of what I paid to have the entire carpet cleaned; I spoke to John who finally agreed to refund me. Thomas Carpet Cleaners provided excellent service for my rug and couch. I have an original 1940's wool Persian rug. It had been in a storage unit and two apartments (and before that, a storage unit from the vendor). Also, I have two cats, so even though they didn't damage the rug, they did affect its overall clean level. I had only ever spot cleaned it, so let's just say it needed a deep clean. Thomas Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job - the colors look brighter not faded after the cleaning and it "feels" cleaner. They finished on time and dropoff and pickup at their location were very easy. At the same time, I asked TCC to clean an upholstered 3-seat couch. I had just purchased it on consignment, and definitely wanted it deep cleaned before using it. The cleaning technician, Mel, was fantastic. He came to my apartment and cleaned the couch (and two upholstered dining chairs), spending 3 hours here. He was polite, friendly, and thorough, and the couch and chairs looked amazing afterwards. They ran a little late but service tech,Steve was polite and did a great job.He moved and shampooed under all of the furniture.That was important to us.since recent drywall ceiling repair got a little dust everywhere even though drop cloth was on all the carpet and furniture.Steve even got a small paint spot out of the carpet left by the painters! We had a great experience using Thomas Carpet Cleaners. Steve arrived right on time, was very professional and got to work quickly. He did a beautiful job making our basement carpet look new again. Strangely, the next morning a couple of new green stains that I had never seen before appeared. I called Steve directly and asked him about it and he explained that old stains can be in the padding under the carpet and can actually be activated by wetting/cleaning the carpet - bringing them to the surface as the carpet dries. He volunteered to come back the next day at no extra charge and work on the stains. Steve came back at the time promised, worked on the green stains and they are now all gone and my carpet is beautiful! Fabulous customer service! Will be calling again! read more

Had Thomas Carpet Cleaners come out not too long ago. Our rugs were light in color and about 7 years old. Never had them cleaned before and they showed it. Had Thomas come out and clean the rugs. Well were we shocked. In a good way. The carpets had some stains from wine drops and alike. When everything was done they looked like they were brand new. All the stains were gone and I just can't express enough how good these rugs looked. Again light rugs, almost white! Do yourself a favor and don't wait as long as we did to have them done. We are resolved to having them done at least every 2 years or even sooner depending on the stains, if any, and the wear and tear. Thanks again to Thomas Carpet Cleaners!!! read more
