I have three cats, a dog, and two children so my furniture was dirty and stinky. Richard's was here this morning and he turned the furniture around. Yes, some stains couldn't come out, but the dirt and odor are gone. As he was cleaning you could see a clear difference between what was cleaned and what was still to be cleaned. Julio was very friendly & professional and took great care in protecting the wood floors from his equipment and moving chairs out of the way and then returning them. Richards Carpet Cleaning has been doing work for me for over 5 years. I have recommended him to both family and friends and quite frankly, this review is well over due. He is amazing. His attitude is amazing and just as important, his work is as good as it gets. He's a seasoned professional and anyone I recommend him to says the same. I personally recommend his services for steam cleaning of: carpets, sofas, mattresses (I could have killed my dog), vehicles, and now tile cleaning/buffing. I have an old style house and am redoing the basement. Redoing the floor as been delayed. I decided to have it cleaned after a contractor left it a mess and he absolutely resurrected the thing. He probably took 30 years of stain out of the tiles. I have also had friends use him when they were selling their house to be prepped and ready for listing. I have been using Richard's Carpet Cleaning services for many years. The last time I used him, he knocked 2 bi-fold doors off their tracks to the point that I had to call a handyman to make them right. When I called Richard this time, I told him to make sure he doesn't knock any doors off their tracks. Maybe he was offended about me stating so, so he charged me $40 more than he quoted me.
