Initially all seemed to be good, a consultation was completed and pricing was provided prior. I was unable to get a Thursday cleaning which I wanted so I settled on Tuesday in which they only had between 1:30-2:00. The cleaning team of two did not arrive until 2:30 at which time I had already texted Deb in the news to reschedule now that they were a half hour late and it would throw off an appointment I had later that day. The team then said that they could come first thing at 9:00 on Thursday. (This was originally what I wanted so why now could they do it ?) So I agreed. Thursday came and she showed up right at 9:00. After providing the cleaning supplies I thought would be used, the cleaning lasted just about 2 hours. Once she left I then had to clean my entire house. Our end tables in our bedroom were completely still covered in dust and dog hair, not even an attempt was made to clean. Our bathroom still had hair on the floor and soap residue in the shower. There were crumbs on our kitchen counter tops and yogurt on our wood floors and bottom of the stove. These are just some of the examples. This was a very expensive vacuum job! Do not recommend at all!

The house was already reasonably clean, so the main focus was supposed to be wiping out the refrigerator and cabinets and thoroughly cleaning the one-and-a-half bathrooms. The crew did an okay job overall, but I was very disappointed in Elinor insisting this was a 6 man-hour job (she actually initially said 7 1/2 man hours were needed, but I pushed back.) For experienced cleaners, this was a two to three hour job for one person. The 3-person crew worked extremely slowly. For example, one person spent more than an hour simply Windexing the inside of four small windows. The windows did not need to be cleaned beyond the glass--the frames and sills had just been freshly painted and were already clean. After spending so much time on the windows, they spent almost no time on the floors, taking literally less than 10 minutes to mop the LVP flooring and tile in the upstairs bath. They also left debris in the kitchen sink and a visible ring in the toilet of the 1/2 bath. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company without first getting a very specific scope of work, including an estimate of how much time will be spent on each task and how many people will be assigned to the job. I would also ask whether they offer a satisfaction guarantee and exactly what that guarantee covers.

They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. That's worth the cost (which was absolutely reasonable!) all on its own.

They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). Regardless, I'd hire them back in a minute due to their professionalism, extremely thorough work and great personalities.

I never heard back from them. I emailed them and sent 2 text on 3 different days...I was completely ghosted so I hurried and hired another company on Friday after not hear from this company and on Saturday I get a random text saying sorry for the delayed response we'll be there today...that was too late, I already paid someone else to finish because I never heard back. To date, Michelle has been constantly harassing me telling me to pay her for a job she never finished and now treating to sue me in court. She even played the "small black business card."
