I needed someone to come in and do a deep cleaning of the office before I returned home. I called nearly 10 different places, and not one returned my call--until I reached out to Silvia. She was incredibly responsive, coming in the same day to give me a quote, even after a job she had just completed. Not only did we agree on a great price, but Silvia and her team also did an exceptional job. The office looked spotless, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend Pink Hands Cleaning Services to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and professional cleaning. They exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely reach out to them again for future needs! Thank you, Silvia and team!

I was initially concerned about how complicated it would be to coordinate everything remotely and in enough time to schedule the cleaning before the baby arrived. But Brian took care of everything and was lovely to work with. If you are in the Newark, DE area, I highly recommend Two Maids for your next house cleaning. Here is what my cousin had to say about the day-of service: "They were super flexible with time. I was running later than I thought from my appt and they were willing to work with my schedule. There was 3 of them who all were super sweet and introduced themselves and asked specific questions about what I really wanted out of the cleaning. They worked quick- AND did great work. The house felt clean and smelled fabulous when they left. I love that they did the blinds and ceiling fans (something's I should clean more often.... But don't)." Thank you Two Maids!

The same woman then stood on a bathroom vanity to clean and it was destroyed. She was crying and embarrassed but I told her to stop crying and finish the rest of the house and I cleaned up the broken bath vanity. While I was preoccupied the two women left without completing the work with no message from the owner Brian Lanham. Because I had realtors coming in that day I really needed to have the work done. When I called Brian Lanham to report that they had left without finishing he lied and said that I cursed at them. Not true. I think that Brian Lanham simply instructed them to leave because he knew that Two Maids would not be paid until a claim was settled. Very unprofessional business and caused me a lot of trouble since I am trying to sell our house. People should be aware that Brian Lanham/Two Maids could cause them irreparable harm.

We reached out to several businesses looking for a DEEP clean (including our regular cleaners) and Priti not only reached out immediately but made herself available the very next day. She worked 11 hrs each day for two days and cleaned literally everything ( blinds, baseboards, windows sills, light fixtures etc) as well as all other typical cleaning and brought our "construction zone" back to a home! After living in that environment for 2 months (length of flooring project) it's hard to articulate how we felt after job was complete! She's SUPER friendly, works hard and made sure we were satisfied all along the way! We are so grateful we found her! Highly recommend and will continue to use her services! Thanks SO much Priti!! You're truly a gem!

The good: Erica, who I dealt with in the office was friendly, confident and knowledgeable. She was easy to work with and got back to me quickly when I found her voicemail. Also the three women that came to clean my apartment did an EXCELLENT job. Things looked great. So why the three star rating? I booked the cleaners for the hour and a half minimum. I was informed by Erica that they would tell me what else needed to be done after that 90 minutes and I could decide at that point if I wanted them for longer. On the day of the clean I stopped back at the hour mark and they weren't done. When I came back 30 minutes later I found them loading up the car. I went inside and found that they had done an excellent job. I tipped them and sent them on their way. A few days later I noticed on my credit card statement that I had been charged more than I was quoted. I contacted the ever responsive Erica who informed me that they cleaned for 15 minutes extra generating the charge. I told her that they had not done that and that I found them packing up at the 90 minute mark. Erica apologized and promised me a reimbursement. Pride Klean does an excellent job and Erica is awesome just watch the time that you are charged. That was a BIG disappointment for me especially since these are people that I trusted to be alone in my living space granted it was empty.
