The appointment was canceled by them the day before because they stated that they didn't receive the covid questionnaire, which I replied to the previous day. I chalked this up to a miscommunication, and scheduled another appointment for today with Mr. Ward arriving between 10:30 and 11:30. This appointment was confirmed by his office manager, Brooke and I was sent a calendar invite. It is now 12:47, and Mr. Ward has not shown up nor have I received an email, text or call to explain. I have now taken off of work on two occasions for this appointment, and I wish that I was able to write this review on reliability, quality of work, etc., instead of the unprofessionalism of this company.

Both gentlemen working in my house wore masks & gloves the whole time & the company took safety precautions before sending them out. The work itself was well done. I had a somewhat tricky drywall repair/install, and needed the floor for one room tiled. They worked efficiently & effectively, and were always willing & able to answer any questions. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly safe during a difficult time to get anything done safely. Initially all seemed to be good, a consultation was completed and pricing was provided prior. I was unable to get a Thursday cleaning which I wanted so I settled on Tuesday in which they only had between 1:30-2:00. The cleaning team of two did not arrive until 2:30 at which time I had already texted Deb in the news to reschedule now that they were a half hour late and it would throw off an appointment I had later that day. The team then said that they could come first thing at 9:00 on Thursday. (This was originally what I wanted so why now could they do it ?) So I agreed. Thursday came and she showed up right at 9:00. After providing the cleaning supplies I thought would be used, the cleaning lasted just about 2 hours. Once she left I then had to clean my entire house. Our end tables in our bedroom were completely still covered in dust and dog hair, not even an attempt was made to clean. Our bathroom still had hair on the floor and soap residue in the shower. There were crumbs on our kitchen counter tops and yogurt on our wood floors and bottom of the stove. These are just some of the examples. This was a very expensive vacuum job! But beginning a few months ago, new employees were sent on various weeks, and reliability in arrivals and quality of the service started declining. On our last service, after our cleaners left, we saw that one of our three bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and another was poorly cleaned. We notified management about this and asked that someone return to clean those spaces -- not necessarily the same day, but within the same week. We were told they did not have anyone available that week. Instead we were offered a very small discount on the full service price. We then requested that a different crew be sent for our upcoming services. We were told they have staffing shortages and we should find another cleaning company.
