Very disappointed with Maid Pro. for a deep cleaning of my bathroom and the floor was still dirty when they were done. Had to ask them to stay to fix it. Crumbs under the kitchen table when I asked them to make sure they did the kitchen floor. Appliances were not wiped down when that is part of their service. Sink was not cleaned when cleaning and sanitizing is part of their service. Had to sweep the kitchen floor and clean the sink after they left. Will not be using them again. read more

Communications from the office need to be better. For example, they sent an email saying we should confirm our first cleaning appointment, but it didn't say how to do that. And then we got an email confirming an appointment we had already canceled. However, the cleaners have done a fine job, including Stephanie and CeCe, who went above and beyond for us. read more

Avoid at all costs. I contacted MaidPro to clean my son's new home. I explained (in great detail) that I wanted a deep clean (windows, window sills, baseboards, kitchen, etc.). I explained to Rose that if there was any issue to please contact me (my son had not moved in). In fact, we went back and forth via email concerning me bring lighting to the house to provide better light for the crew. So, that evening, my son calls and said that they didn't show. He then said, wait, I smell cleaning supplies in the kitchen. So, they only cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. I contacted Rose and asked her what happened. There was no explanation for why I was called. Even worse, they had the audacity to try to change me $250 for cleaning two rooms. Rose stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. MaidPro is great, dependable and trustworthy. They have great communication. I've had Different pros clean but my absolute favorite is Destiny. She is so thorough, she cleans everything perfectly and tidies along the way. I love coming home after she cleans. They'll change your sheets, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, take out all trash etc. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is they won't load or start the dishwasher and or do any loads of laundry. But as a general rule, they do a great job - especially Destiny!. read more

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I am a property manager and was attempting to get a home cleaned prior to placing a tenant. Upon contacting MaidPro, I made sure they were aware that the home had been unoccupied for quite some time and was unclean. They were to receive access to the house via a key in a lockbox, as I was not at the property. They quoted me $231 to clean the entire home, which I was happy to pay. When they went to said home, they refused to clean it because of the presence of "maggots and roaches." However, having walked through the home myself that evening, there were absolutely no maggots or roaches of any kinds.The "maggots," in fact, were a few stray leaves. The cleaners went so far as to take pictures of these fake maggots and insist that they were the issue, when I had touched them myself. The worst part is that upon leaving the property, MaidPro left the front door wide open for the entire City of Wilmington to enter for the entire day. The door was not just unlocked, but was left open from when they left that afternoon to when someone decided to call me and let me know at 7:30 PM that evening. MaidPro left the entire property open for vandalism and theft, never apologized for the delay in schedule over the fake maggots, and offered me $50 off after they told me that it would actually take 3 more hours ($120 extra) to actually clean.... All in all, they left the property unsecured, created fake maggots to get out of doing the work, and then tried to charge $70 dollars extra to have the job done. Unbelievable. read more

THEFT!!! This was the first time that we have ever used a maid service in our house. We have a newborn baby and a 3 year old and just needed help with the weekly cleaning so we called Maid Pro. The first clean cost us more since it was their first time cleaning. There were areas of the rooms that they "cleaned" that were not clean at all. The floors were still dirty and carpets looked like they didn't even vacuum. They came out for a second time two weeks later. The house smelled clean but I would say that it was just a sufficient surface clean at minimum. We canceled the service since we know that we can clean the house better just on our own. We were definitely dissatisfied with the service. So the kicker is, to make matters worse we found out that there was theft on top of it. We had a gift card sitting on a small shelf in our kitchen. The balance on the gift card was over $160. We went to retrieve the gift card to use it and could not find it. We figured we just misplaced it, which is very unlike us. We looked everywhere and turned the house inside out. Finally I just called the company that the gift card was for. They let me know that the last time the card was used was last night. A week since we had our house cleaned! Nobody else has been in our house at all since it was cleaned. I was already uncomfortable having strangers come into my house to clean, but now to know they went through our items and stole from us is absolutely infuriating. We will never use a maid service again especially Maid Pro. This is the WORST cleaning service ever! If I could give zero stars I would! We also have not heard back from them on how this theft is going to be rectified. This is totally not acceptable. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. I scheduled Maid Pro to come out and clean my 2600 square foot house before Thanksgiving. Guess What? I'm still waiting. After speaking with Maid Pro who assured that my home would get a Deep Clean I went along with the over 300$ price tag. The only items that was cleaned was my stove and microwave, bathrooms (without a clean floor) and my bed was made and items in my room was organized. THAT'S IT. I should of read that last review from Taylor S and went running, but I figured that oh that's the only bad one maybe its just her. NO its not. RUN and don't walk away from Maid Pro. I used to use Molly Maids for about 5 years. Other than a couple of crew members (namely Tish who was great by the way). I put up with more than a few times where I was not completely satisfied. I know I kept putting up with it, But, between mine and my Husbands schedules I just dealt with it (I know stupid me). It proceeded to get worse once the owner of the franchise I was using turned it over to a different region in Delaware. Now, I was coming home and re-cleaning things, I was being spoken to rudely in my own home. Heck, I was told that perhaps I should find another service if I was not happy with the hours that they worked (yes, I was told this by the cleaning person - she walked in with a hell of an attitude)! So, I followed her sage advice.... I found Maidpro out of Newark! Words cannot describe the ULTIMATE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I FOUND IN CHANIN WHO MANAGES THAT OFFICE.. I was left in a lurch dealing with that other service (I know longer care to mention there names not worth it) Not only did Chanin calm me down, but she worked with my schedule and the very next day sent me the best cleaner ever AMANDA! This woman was in my house 4 hrs and cleaned with Organic cleaners from top to bottom. The woodwork, the baseboards, the glass, the outside decks, heck even the dishes (yeah they who shall not be named don't do dishes - for some reason that is not considered cleaning LOL!!!)... Now four hours is just for their first visit after that is 2 hours. But, that is still great! You lucky if THEM will stay in your house for an hour! So, I am team MaidPro out of Newark Delaware, team Chanin and team Amanda!!! If Amanda can't make it I know whoever they send me will be amazing as well!!!
