He was really pressing for me and my wife to accept this new proposal. When I pressed him with questions and more information, he seemingly tap danced around them. He then said we would get a call from his company within the hour from his company trying to convince me to pay for these proposed services at discounted price around $3300. They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. That's worth the cost (which was absolutely reasonable!) all on its own.

The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). Did nothing to cover their shoes, nor clean as they exited leaving wet footprints on waxed wood floors and just-cleaned tile floor. I had to damp-mop again after their cleaning. Did not clean carpeted stairs, which needed it even more after their soapy, wet shoes and hose left residue. I don't know if they are capable of being more careful and thorough if more advance scheduling is done. Still, they were very good to fit me in for emergency situation -- though rushed as they had other bookings. The carpet area dried well with my own blower on it for 24 hours.
