I needed a move-in deep clean. I found myself going after them to clean again. Lots of details missed. The flat rate price wasn't kept, which I understood because the home had work done in it. But even as I agreed to pay for the up charge, I would consider their cleaning (two people, a man and woman) to be average at best. Unfortunately that was my experience. read more

Called them to clean my house because my in-laws were visiting. I work 60 hours a week and have a one-year-old, so needed some help getting the house ready. I was there pretty much the entire time they were cleaning, thank goodness! First, they were cleaning my stove, and somehow broke a burner because it began clicking and would not stop. I had to unplug it. Then, they accidentally turned on my record player, and didn't notice. I came downstairs and noticed it was on and the needle was running on the felt cover, ruining it. They stained my toilet seat (I have no idea what they used to clean it), and barely touched the tile on my bathroom. Thank goodness I caught it and asked them to scrub it before they left. I also found my tile coasters in a disheveled pile when they left and some of them were chipped. The floors looked good, but otherwise, I was not impressed with how deeply they cleaned anything. Also, I now have to pay to get my stove fixed (there goes cooking for my in-laws!) and my toilet seat replaced. Definitely will not be using them again. read more

I recently bought a house, and wanted it deep cleaned before we started moving in. Bravo was fast to respond, and the price was reasonable for a "deep clean". They showed up 2 hours late, and I would not call what was delivered a "deep clean". None of the windows were "deep cleaned", half of them weren't touched. I wanted all the hard floors mopped, the corners and edges dusted, but there were still cobwebs in the floor corners of the hard floored bedrooms, so I doubt if they actually mopped past using my basic swiffer. I had specifically hired them to clean up the sunroom, but it was merely given a half-assed dusting and wasn't swept thoroughly- none of the windows were cleaned- and the fan wasn't dusted. They did give me the option of going through and pointing out things that weren't done- the things I did point out were half-assed done- a microfiber cloth used where a steamer brush was needed- a dirty cloth used to leave the windows streaky, and since they showed up 2 hours late, it was already way past time for me to be getting my 2 small kids home to bed. (We haven't moved in yet). They worked hard, and did get some stubborn spots off the floor and tub, but if you need a house thoroughly deeply cleaned, this isn't the company to do that. read more

Be cautious when dealing with this company. I hired this company to do a deep clean on a property of mine in preparation to getting ready to hit the market. For starters, the way this company work by providing a price is ridiculous. You can't price a job without seeing it. Secondly, I do not want to want to hear that I "only paid this amount and you should be happy that we did this much work", that is unprofessional. I hired you to clean and prepare my home and you neglected to address most of the items. Kitchen- microwave left dirty, DW face was left dirty and floors were not mopped Family room- no vacuuming in closets, floors were not mopped Stair railing- dirty with hand oil residue Windows- window sills left dirty throughout entire house I mean the list continues.... Here's the worse part. I asked them to come back and address the remaining items (even offered to pay them additional) and I got this song and dance that they were too busy and didn't have time, mind you they never finished the job to begin with. The cleaning was done very quickly, and they were very sweet about my many cats. I was a little surprised that certain things weren't addressed during a deep clean, but maybe I needed to ask for certain things like windows and cabinets to be wiped down. read more
