I hired EZPizzi Cleaning in 2021 to clean my house every 2 weeks. They did an OK job, although…read morethere were a few times I had to call Sam and say hey this or that was not cleaned at all (i.e. the kitchen floor) and she was always responsive. Then in December 2022 two bottles of expensive men's cologne ($500) went missing immediately after her crew had cleaned my home. I brought it to Sam's attention the next day. She asked her crew about it and of course no one admitted to taking it. It is interesting though, only the most expensive colognes were taken that day compared to all the cologne that was on the shelf. Sam agreed to replace the cologne and we mutually agreed to end our contract. Here's the thing though, the cologne was replaced with knock offs and not the authentic cologne. My first clue should have been when she had the cologne dropped off by someone from her staff vs. having it mailed directly to my home. She also replaced the cologne with larger bottles than the ones we told her we originally had. Hard to believe she would spend more than $500 to replace the stolen cologne. Look at the pictures of the bottle of Creed and the poor placement of the label. $500 bottle of cologne do not look like this. The fake bottle of Sauvage is similar. DO NOT HIRE EZ PIZZI IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE!!

While the job took longer/ more effort than expected - the owner honored the original quote. The job the two women did was thorough and my house looks great. We recently had a bathroom remodel leaving dust everywhere, including the basement. Everything is spotless! Only negative was that the team ran late on their earlier appointment, pushing my appointment cleaning into another meeting I had at my house. Although this was a minor inconvenience, I did receive notification about the delay and my own deep cleaning needs (as mentioned above) impacted the overlap so I wasn't really bothered. Again great job by the team! Will call again.

I cannot remember the last time our house was this clean…read more We had our first clean this morning -- we scheduled a full-on deep clean -- and I am floored by the great work Kelsey and her husband did here today. They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. The goods: Renae's responded promptly and had one time slot that worked just right. Their quick response, time slot and review sold me. They brought all cleaning supplies and were very friendly. The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). Regardless, I'd hire them back in a minute due to their professionalism, extremely thorough work and great personalities.
