I hired EZPizzi Cleaning in 2021 to clean my house every 2 weeks. They did an OK job, although there were a few times I had to call Sam and say hey this or that was not cleaned at all (i.e. the kitchen floor) and she was always responsive. Then in December 2022 two bottles of expensive men's cologne ($500) went missing immediately after her crew had cleaned my home. I brought it to Sam's attention the next day. She asked her crew about it and of course no one admitted to taking it. It is interesting though, only the most expensive colognes were taken that day compared to all the cologne that was on the shelf. Sam agreed to replace the cologne and we mutually agreed to end our contract. Here's the thing though, the cologne was replaced with knock offs and not the authentic cologne. My first clue should have been when she had the cologne dropped off by someone from her staff vs. having it mailed directly to my home. She also replaced the cologne with larger bottles than the ones we told her we originally had. Hard to believe she would spend more than $500 to replace the stolen cologne. Look at the pictures of the bottle of Creed and the poor placement of the label. $500 bottle of cologne do not look like this. The fake bottle of Sauvage is similar. I hired EZPizzi Cleaning for a deep clean for my home as well as my husband to be's home. Some things were pretty okay but major things were missed...like dust on top of refrigerator, dust behind the bed and other furniture, etc. Deep Cleaning costs, which were substantial, should have covered items such as these. They were also to have cleaned inside the refrigerator and oven...that didn't happen at all at the one house (they didn't charge me for it) but I was at the other house where they said they did and hadn't touched them...and charged me for it. I contacted the owner who said she would refund my money....haven't seen a penny. Just be aware...if you hire them, you'll get a high priced sub-standard job. We hired EZ Pizzi for a deep clean of our house. We received a very mediocre clean. Some examples being milk stains not mopped up on the floor, areas in the scope of work such as the laundry room and mud room being skipped entirely and trash being left behind. The cleaning seemed very rushed and many corners were cut in order to get in and out of the house fast. I sent a complaint email to Sam and we then spoke on the phone. We discussed the issues and she assured me that in future cleanings we would not have the issues. I asked for a partial refund on the deep clean and my request was ignored. Sam was very nice, but the deep clean I received did not match the description of what she described the clean would be. After reflecting back on the clean, I decided that the quality of the clean was not reflective of the price I paid and decided to end cleanings with EZ Pizzi. read more

I cannot say enough good things about how awesome EZPizzi Cleaning is. They begin with a virtual consultation to see how big your place is and to get an idea on the damage control that is needed. Once that is done they send you a detailed list of what they will do and a very easy to follow quote for the cost of the initial cleaning and then subsequent visits, thereafter. It is SO worth every penny and wish I could get them to come weekly, but they do such good work that every two weeks is fantastic. Their crew is professional and timely. After our first scheduled full service, I reached out to Samantha with a question about the service as well as some feedback since she wasn't there, I received no response. Then, without any communication, her team didn't show up for the next scheduled service two weeks later. I texted her again asking for a response, as well as letting her know that her team left behind a bag of cleaning rags the first time, it was dead silence again. This is really unprofessional. Her team did a decent job during the trial cleaning, but I had to wait for weeks for her subsequent quote and availability. Now the company stopped responding and coming without giving any notice. We have since found another cleaner who is responsive and professional, and does a good job at reasonable cost. There are better options out there. read more

My review is mixed because the quality of the work is good when they show up. I was pleased with the cleanings they did. After cleaning here for 3 months, they stopped coming without notice. Text messages, a voicemail and a message through their own website have gone unanswered. (My first clue should have been when she was an hour late for the estimate and then took almost 2 weeks to get back to me with availability.) In the meantime a friend...who I had referred...did get a response to her website inquiry at the same time mine was being ignored. I don't even know how to begin to describe the amazing job Samantha and her team was! I know my house was a big undertaking and Samantha and her extraordinary team of ladies did a phenomenal job! I reached out through Facebook to find a recommendation and Sam reached out to me. She gave a very professional summary of her company and asked to come look at the house. After we did a walk through, she provided a very reasonable price for her team. The day of cleaning, she contacted me to notify me that they were on their way. The team worked for four hours on a "deep clean" top to bottom! My bathrooms (I have three!) have never shined as well as they did when they were done!
