About a month ago, I was moving out of my own house and when the furniture was removed, I realized the carpets really needed to be cleaned. I tried to give czr dreams C Service several chances but unfortunately, I have been disappointed…read moreover and over and over again. The first time I booked with this company, they deep cleaned my house, but in the process of cleaning my house they dropped a plant which is fine that's not really a big deal, but then they never said anything to me about it. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. I do not recommend this company, and the overall value and service is not worth the amount of money that they charge.

I have become very disappointed in the service…read more We recently had a child and desperately needed recurring help around the house. I reached out to Michael after receiving his card. He stated that for recurring customers, they do a deep clean, which makes their standard cleans easy thereafter. We had just moved into a new home and it had just been deep cleaned by our landlord, but I agreed regardless. He charged $400 for the deep clean, and cleans thereafter were to be $140. I tried to get a set schedule (e.g Friday mornings bi-weekly, or Wednesdays, etc) but was never able to get him to agree to a set recurring schedule. After two cleanings, he stopped returning my texts and calls, and so the price I paid for the amount of cleanings is outrageously high. I would recommend using a service that has a better track record working with customers
