I always use this store. Sometimes the line is out the door because they are busy. They are always courteous and help you as fast as they can. I use to work with the public , it is SOOOO hard sometimes. Some customers are just plain obnoxious, no matter what you do. I have never seen anyone treated disrespectfully in this store. Everything is high post covid , but i have to ship some books to my gr.grandkids in S.Dakota and they are heavy . Ill be going to this store even though i live 12 miles away now. The associate was unbelievably rude. He charged 33% more than the posted price for an item and when I requested that he respect the label the store put on the shelf, the associate said word for word: "It's not gonna happen." Take your business elsewhere, this location doesn't deserve it. read more

This store created a wood crate to ship a large antique statue. The crate was poorly designed with no padding or protection and it destroyed the statue. The owner Chuck has given us the run around and has lied about getting the insurence check from UPS, he is not being honest. He has stolen the insurence money from our church. He will give you the run around and never tell the truth. Do not use this branch unless you want your items destroyed and your money stolen. We will pursue every avenue to get the money back. read more

When FedEx moves all of their manned stations out of the area (Dover), you are left with visiting a UPS store. This one is conveniently located in Rodney Village. The store is accommodating with packing materials, tape, and so forth. You can drop off your mail or rent a mail box, if your post office is too far. The staff member (Mother...) was kind and patient and helped me get my package off. Who knows, this type of facility may one day take the place of the U.S. Post Office. read more

"Chuck" the owner or manager is has hung up on a customer. None of the employees can find a package that was scanned and received at their facility and have no proof it was ever picked up by UPS. Chuck blames Amazon, yet Amazon has no verification of the package leaving the UPS store. Kianna, Oasis and Chuck were all of no help in locating information on a package that supposedly had left their facility. Chuck offered for me to pay his payroll for an associate to retrieve shipping labels created at his location for these containers. I'd pay to have this information provided, but why should a customer have to pay for Chuck and his employees negligence? read more

I ordered a package from Macys which was delivered by UPS and required a signature. Since I was out of town on the weekend, the package was sent to the Greentree UPS store on Friday. On Saturday I got an email alert. My package was picked up. I called the Greentree UPS store. The employee handling my package told me that the package was pickup by someone with my driver's license, and he verified my name and the address. The address in the driver's license was the same as the shipping address in Dover. The store manager told me that UPS did what they should do and the only thing I can do is call police. The fact is I don't even have a driver's license in Delaware! I thought that a package requiring a signature is secure, but didn't expect that the UPS store could tell me they verified an ID which didn't even exist. Who was lying?! read more

All they care about is the up-charge. I should have stopped going here after they added insurance to my shipment without asking but today was the final straw. I needed a 6 inch piece of tape on my package and they charged for it. No customer service. Everything they do is to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. I am done. read more

Come to this location from time to time to handle business that might not have been completed in the office. They have good hours and if you have a ups account, the prices are reasonable. There is ample parking and the staff are always nice. read more

Great little store, very efficient and accommodating. I didn't have tape and they helped tape the box up at no extra cost.
