Great team. Lovely customer service. Very professional and clean. I've only visited a few times but every time is helpful and accurate. I would recommend for all package and parcel related needs. read more

Absolutely exceptional service. Stu and Dan go above and beyond!!! They even gave me lunch place recommendations. Great guys!

An easy place to mail packages. They can ship UPS, FedEx and USPS. They weigh the package and can give you rates for all options. If you have a prepaid label, you can just walk in and drop off. I did a media mail via USPS here. It was easy and quick. They're open every day but Sunday. Only street parking is available. I haven't had an issue parking within a black during the day. The staff is very helpful. read more

I hold great affection for Liberties Parcel. These eight years and more have I walked with them, and of this I can say with full heart: they are a most wonderful company of souls. If I enter their doors weighed down with sorrow, I depart with gladness upon my face. If I come in already joyful, that joy yet abides with me as I step back into the street. These good men are truly remarkable, an anchor both for me and for the parcels entrusted to their care. Ever do they go beyond what is asked, giving more than is required. They stand as a true likeness of Philadelphia's brotherly love. The finest of fellows, every one. read more

I cannot believe I just discovered this spot. I don't need much printing support or shipping needs and from now on, when I do, this will be the ONLY place I go. Stopped by after increasingly frustrating experiences a few other places for a relatively simple print. Dan not only printed for less and in a more eco-friendly way, he helped format things to make the whole project easier. The friendly conversations that were happening around me also really made me appreciate the staple this place is for the neighborhood. I walked away smiling and grateful for business (and people!) like this. Experts in printing, shipping, and friendliness. Thank you!!! read more

Great shop for all your shipping and packing needs. They also have notary service and copying, and some other services. Staff are outright amazing and will go the extra mile. Recommend coming here even if it's a bit farther out to support a stellar local business. Thanks read more

Supports Galore, senior customer, the staff is key , i feel safe and supported at this location #bababobreports

They're a neighbor staple for me since 2017. Great service and always have exactly what I need

Incredibly friendly staff that is prompt and helpful! Highly recommend for anyone who needs package delivery!!!

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this business. They also offer notary services and make the whole process a breeze. I've been here at least a dozen times and always have a great experience. read more

The most helpful and awesome people, I had to send a art print the other day and found out it was the wrong size ( ordered from staples) Stew literally printed me a free print, waited until I went back home to frame it and send it for me. I refuse to go anywhere else. These guys are fast, efficient and genuinely care about everyone that walks in the door. I will truly never go to another place. Also the print quality is better than any other place and the most affordable. Love these guys thank you for everything you do! read more

The guys at LP are so nice and it's such a great change of pace compared to the actual post office, where they'll literally act like you being there is a huge inconvenience. Love coming here for my mailing needs!! read more

The number of prior reviews of parcel service / shipping companies stands at zero. So why am I writing one now? Welp, Yelp, allow me to explain. When a journalist friend recently had all of his gear stolen he was effectively left jobless. While we were able to purchase the equipment he needed, getting it to him in Erbil, Iraq was no simple task. The team at Liberty parcel took time to check on delivery challenges, customs holds, the potential for duties, and more. The team explored a number of alternate options, looked at how they could limited costs, including re-boxing the gear in a much smaller package, contracting the foreign delivery guru at FedEx HQ. Long story made just a wee bit longer. These guys were memorably good. They could have easily just taken my box as is, sent it, and shrugged, as the likely problems unfolded and they would have been blameless. However, they really went out of their way. They also called along the way and updated me on what they learned. Suffice to say, if I need to send a package, whether to Trenton or Turkmenistan, I will be using these guys. Special shout out to Stu, as he was the main guy who was helping me throughout the process. read more

Liberties Parcel is my go-to place to ship and print. The staff is so friendly and helpful literally every time I stop in and there isn't ever really a line. Prices are reasonable as well! read more

I'm a normal person so that means I hate going to the post office. I have become talented at avoiding place so I don't have to feel like a prison inmate who committed the crime of sending my brother a book in the mail. I used to just buy a new book via amazon so I didn't need to talk to my local postal worker. Now since using this wonderful place I actually love to ship things. I'll even take my wife's Etsy shipments for her. If I can find an excuse to walk and and talk with these guys I will do it. I probably should get a PO Box with them. Friendly people who take the pain out of the mail service. I just wish they would open a new shop and fix healthcare now that the conquered the mail system. read more

These guys are awesome! Did you know you can bring your eBay stuff there instead of the post office? I didn't. You can also get pretty much any kind of box or packing supplies you need for a good price. My new " go-to" to mail out anything prepaid online for USPS, or anything that can be sent FedEx. I learned the hard way, still gotta schlep to UPS for Bloomingdales returns and some others, but 4th and Girard isn't too bad. They also sell stamps! And bitcoin read more

Nicest group of guys working here. I literally look forward to shipping/mailing things. They are always more than willing to go above and beyond to help and always manage to brighten my mood!!! read more

Amazing neighborhood store that takes care of all the little things (and big things) for you to make your life easier. I have been here countless times for printing needs and mail services, and I know others in the neighborhood have been here for a million other things. The guys that work there are some of the most genuinely nicest people you will meet. Whatever my need is, they always ensure they do it accurately, timely, and as cost-efficient as possible. They take the time to get to know the folks in the neighborhood and they are always in a great mood, no matter what the task! read more

A solid line of 5-star yelp reviews cannot be wrong. Every other parcel/shipping/copy service in Philadelphia is a bug, waiting to be squashed underneath the relentlessly friendly boot of Liberties Parcel. I cannot say enough good things about this place, especially in the face of any and all competitors. I'll try to simplify it for you - Liberties Parcel is the equivalent of having your childhood buddies own a print shop. They'll take care of you and give you the close-friend discount and they won't have a ton of strange forms to sign. They won't try to nickel and dime you. The work is unbelievably cheap and you can be sure that your package will get there when they say it will. I called up a few of these types of places to get a price quote on scanning a large number of documents to pdf and guess which one was half the price of all of 'em - yep. Liberties Parcel. I like Liberties Parcel so much that it has basically translated into an absurd amount of hate for Kinko's. My heart, not big enough to store all the love I have for this store, has actually been rerouting the extra love into the hate-storage-area of my soul. I didn't think that was possible but I also didn't think finding a shipping company so easy to work with and so affordable would ever exist. read more

Every time I go here, everyone is so friendly, helpful, and professional! I never go anywhere else if I can help it. Very sweet dogs as well. I have sent several parcels and letters through them, they always get everything out quickly and give a good estimate of when things will arrive. I will never wait in line at the post office again! read more

I'm probably the first to write a review because... who writes reviews for a packaging/shipping company? But in any case, I just really would like to promote these guys after experiencing their fantastic service and well run shop. I just started working in NoLibs and was looking for a place I could print some word docs of the internet. Not having a printer is so annoying (I should just get one) and I always end up going to the UPS store, getting charged a minimum of $2 just to use the internet, and having to deal with whatever ancient OS system they have on their PC. I was told to check out Liberties Parcel. I went in, asked if I could use the internet, and found out that not only could I use it, I could use it for free. Amazing. So I go in and as quickly as possible start printing things off, but have to take some extra time to fill out some forms online too. I felt bad for hogging but the guys were totally sweet about it. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly (not only towards me but to everyone who walked in). I had a big birthday package to send out a few days later, and I insisted on going back to Liberties Parcel because of their outstanding service. Second time around was awesome too: they packaged everything up for me, DIDN'T charge me for packaging tape! and helped me find the cheapest/best way to ship an 8 pound box from Philly to Hawaii. Coincidentally, what was supposed to take up to two weeks ended up arriving at my friends apartment in less than 6 days. Anyway, LIberties Parcel is awesome, and everyone in the area should definitely go to them with all your mailing needs and support these guys! read more

This is actually just a KFC, but I think they have to call it Liberties Parcel so the Colonel doesn't sue them up and down the street, you know? Pretty liberal use of the herbs and spices. And honestly, it's the first KFC I've been to that sells stamps. Get the Lonely Bowl o' Meat, extra gravy ("Charlie-style"), and sit out front yelling at the local talent. I once got a girl's number by saying I was Bill Clinton, but that was not here and I think she was on some sort of intoxicant. All-in-all, great KFC. Five stars. read more

Friendly, professional service every time. It doesn't matter if it's a smaller job or a bigger one, everything is always taken care of and simplified. The guys always help find the best rates for shipping an item or sending a letter depending on your needs; and whether it's faxing, copying, scanning, shipping or anything in-between with all the services offered, they are always there to help. Thanks for such reliable, convenient service, and for always being so friendly about it too! read more

Every single good thing you read about this place is true. They are nothing but friendly, awesome, and willing go to above and beyond for you. I used to work in the NoLibs but now that I don't, I still find myself taking the trek across town just to give my business to these guys. read more

So there I was...a 25 year old dingus selling things on eBay in preparation to move on a whim to Chicago with no knowledge on how to actually ship said things. Liberties Parcel stepped in, educated my ass, and helped me put together and ship some packages for a great cost. Everyone there was super helpful and John in particular made sure my packages were gonna rock some eBay users' worlds. Can't recommend enough. read more

If I could ever love a mailing store, I would love this one with my whole heart. The guys that work there are what make it so nice. They're fun, funny, friendly... all the F words. Wait, what? But they do all the can to get you in and out quickly. You can copy papers, and you can also copy your keys! Very convenient. You can even email them documents that you want printed out and when you drop by it'll be all ready for ya! Neato! read more

One of the things I enjoy about Philly is that each neighborhood seems to have its own services, like mailing places, hair places, etc. That's not always true in DC. So, now that I'm a full-time freelance artist and crafter, I really appreciate having Liberties Parcel so close by. They are friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Also, they don't outwardly judge me when I bring in 5000 zappos boxes to return from my latest shopping binge. read more

This place is great. The guys are all so nice and it makes mailing a package a pleasant errand to run. I'm so glad they're here!

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Liberties Parcel and regret all the time I spent trekking to the Post Office when it wasn't necessary. It seems like every time I go in, they're greeting someone by name and helping out regulars, which leads me to believe the quality of service keeps people coming back. They've managed to make an often inconvenient, timely task something I look forward to. Highly recommend! read more

Everyone here is so unbelievably nice and willing to help. I always leave overwhelmed with how pleasant they are!!

These are my guys, this is my place! Personable, friendly and pleasant every time I go there! They not only get the box packed correctly, they'll try to find the least costly and best way to ship. They are simply THE BEST! read more

Dan and Stu managed to get this up and running, after a long struggle with the various entities that making opening a non-turnkey establishment too daunting for most. I'm a Luddite and a procrastinator, and yet, when I show up in a last minute panic, they gently guide me through the steps needed, as if I were not some sweaty, panicked, broke and chump change sporadic client. I have used them to produce amazing prints for story boards, that I am proud to display in my presentations and will look to them for any other needs in the future. They take multi-tasking in stride, can help you work within your (read: MY!) limited budget without making you (me, again) feel bad about taking up their time and probably, profit and all while calm, courteous and handling clearly more important/bigger clients. I highly recommend these guys and their business. It's great to have them in the neighbourhood and as a resident for over twenty years, I have to say that they are a welcome addition and a fantastic option to the post office on North 7th Street. read more

This place is incredible! The employees are so cool and so nice. They want to make the shipping process easy for the customer and thats exactly what they do - always. Post offices are hurting so badly that they barely share packaging tape with customers. It's sad. But Liberties Parcel will share all of its resources with you!! Love them! read more
