I've been coming to this UPS location for about a year since moving into the neighborhood, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I feel like oftentimes in these pack and ship type places the employees are miserable, but I've never had a bad interaction with anyone in this UPS location. read more

I come in there regularly to drop off Amazon returns or ship stuff. There's one girl there who literally says nothing to me the whole time. It's very off putting. How hard is it to say "how can I help you?" or "have a nice day"? It's not my fault she hates her job. The least take can do is offer up common courtesies such as actually speaking during an interaction. read more

UPS is getting bad at dropping off package and lying about drop off packages I will never use ups

This location is useful for sending work samples as needed to colleagues and business partners. Since I have a corporate account, my interactions have been mostly to drop off my packages that are already labeled and boxed. I would note however a quick drop off may not be possible due to parking challenges since it is a busy area. Also if your label has any issues (my toner was low on a printout) you will have to email them the label PDF (they can't just print out a new label based on the tracking information). So I did find that to be annoying, especially since they already charge for a new label. I don't think it should be that complicated but I hope it is for a valid reason. The folks are usually helpful and diligent so no complaints there. read more

The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I came in today for some questions and the whole crew there is extremely helpful. Later that day I came back to ship out a large amount of boxes. And the service was second to none! These ladies working here are truly amazing and make sure you have the best service and experience! Best UPS I have ever been too! read more

I went here to print some unconventional documents and Joy was so helpful, kind, and patient. Without scheduling a consultation, she helped me print exactly what I needed, supply different options of paper to test the print quality, and didn't make me pay for the extra time and paper for my misprints. I will absolutely be supporting this local business and want to thank them for their warmth and hospitality. Support black women's businesses!!! read more

Super unprofessional, this store needs to update their staff. The supervisor is not fit to run the store. It's actually the owners mom :/ I made a bad review on google, I even posted a photo which proved them to be wrong and I think they had it flagged so that no one can view it. The customer service is horrible and that staff lack reading comprehension! I had a legal matter that I needed to take care of, I went their for notary and I got the form notarized. Commonwealth required me to get a verification because the other party is from another state. UPS only job was to verify that we indeed can there for notary. No one's signature was required except ups! They sent me away saying the other party needed to be there with an ID to verify he was there, when they already had it logged. I even called the legal rep who gave me the paper and they said all they had to do was verify, no one needed to be present because the form that needed to be verified was already NOTARIZED. There needs to be a better management team, not just the "owners mom" who performs the role as a Supervisor? shes not qualified if you ask me. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to handle my legal matter. It's already frustrating enough to be dealing with all that I am. To ups store 6717: Tighten up, work on properly vetting your staff with project resolution and reading comprehension. This matter could have been handled way better! Proper management is key to any business. Also a simple apology goes far. Everyone makes mistakes, it's what you do after you realize that a error was made that counts. NEVER GO HERE FOR NOTARY!!! read more

The UPS Store - Idk who replies to the emails yet again, very unprofessional and very defensive. I wish I could give -0stars!!!! - Printing Services Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Today was my first and last time in this store. I'd much rather drive out of my way than deal with the disinterested people behind the counter doing their best to ignore and belittle their customers. read more

Employees are knowledgeable about all options and service is efficient. Happy to continue to support this business!

The associate there was beyond helpful when I went yesterday with these heavy boxes I had to return to Amazon. I wish I found out her name but she was so kind and patient. My husband and I had mixed reviews from various friends that live in the neighborhood that goes to this local ups, however now we are confident this is our go to UPS store. Thank you for making our first experience so amazing!! read more

Even during the busiest of times during the holidays, the employees here have always been courteous and helpful. They do a great job with COVID policies that help keep their customers and employees safe including mask and social distancing compliance as well as limiting the number of customers who enter the store. read more

Miya was so professional and helpful I will definitely come back I will definitely recommend this store here on 3rd street.

I went to have a passport photo taken. The guy who took it made it look like a mug shot. I can't believe I paid $18 for a mug shot. Now, I'm going somewhere else to have it done better. Funny, even the DMV let's you see and retake it if it doesn't look great. I'm glad I can go elsewhere. What's worse is there really isn't an easy way to let give this feedback to UPS. Don't go there... Sadly Costco doesn't have the photo department anymore, but other places still do. read more

edit: updated to 5 stars for their consistency! This place is solid. Great owner and employees and good service. I just send packages here though, nothing crazy. Also have gotten passport photos done here, easy peezy. There's usually a line but that's not really their fault. It's a small spot and lots of people frequent it. They don't sell stamps- I know because I forget and ask each time. read more

This is the best UPS store Hands Down! I have been coming here for years. They are respectful, reliable, and they are honest about the pricing. Its family owned. They offer notary services, printing, and all kinds of other stuff.. you just have to ask. Its always pleasant in here. Parking can be tough at time but they don't have any control over that. read more

Not your average service. Been assisted twice by the manager for small things and favors and both times he was friendly and offered help.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I frequent this location because I know that it is Black Owned and I always try to support local minority owned businesses. Long story short. I went in with paperwork that needed notarizing for the selling of my deceased grandfather's home that I had an interest in due to my own father's passing as well. A simple succession plan. The older African American female employee then stated she had to reach out to her daughter ,the owner, to see if she could notarize the documents. She explained to me she was not able to because the location had in the past has issues with fraudulent documents and that they didn't want to assume the risk. My issue is I feel like you just told me I was fraud. Then denied me a service that you offer that is actually on the window clings at your location. It is my understanding that if you notarize you notarize and it's not at the discretion of the staff nor based on the customer's physical attributes, your intuition, or race. Needless to say I remained professional and just left with a bad taste in my mouth and felt discriminated against by someone of the same race. Fast forward to the next day. I went to the location on Market St. across from the Comcast Center less than 2 miles away from that location where that not only aided in printing out the documents, they notarized them, packaged for overnight and shipped for me to meet the tight deadline I had. In the future although the Girard location is literally two blocks from my home I refuse to patronize them same way they discriminated against me and basically told me I was fraud when I was just trying to resolve and close a painful and emotional chapter in my life. Thanks but no thanks. Either you offer the service or not. I would give this location zero but one is the lowest option. read more

Thank goodness for a place we can get packages in Northern Liberties! Joy and Dwright are the nicest! Very professional and always there to help. During the recent hurricanes in the Caribbean and Florida,I had to send a generator to my family in Puerto Rico. You can imagine how expensive its to ship a 200 pound item! Dwright not only gave me a discount for the hurricane relief, but he also made sure the whole process went smoothly and tracked the item until delivered. I now have a box at this site and send all packages here :) #retailtherapy read more

It is always a pleasure going to this ups store. The staff is courteous fast and extremely helpful.

Went there to just drop a package with a pre-printed waybill to be picked up by the courier, and was told "ummm, we only really do that for mailbox rental customers." Ummm, isn't part of your job shipping? Lazy customer service. Walk a few blocks down 3rd St to NoLibs and use them. Always super friendly and helpful! Even for "non-mailbox customers." read more

I was having a terrible day - and had to ship a large item that wasn't mine. The girls at the UPS store weren't only super helpful but they brightened my day. Still thinking about their customer service and will try and accommodate more people the way they did. Thank you ladies!!!!!!! read more

I've been to this UPS once before, & because of their great service decided to drive past other postal services & come back directly to them this time & they did not disappoint. This store is the model for how you run a tight operation in retail and customer service. I come here all the time for a variety of shipping reasons and the service is always impeccable. The staff is very friendly and time-efficient. I'd give them more stars if I could. read more

Love this local UPS store. Great customer service all the time. They are friendly, efficient and responsive.

Pretty much hit and miss store. Not as good as the one in Center City which has been far more reliable. As a courier, if you intend on dropping off packages, there's a solid chance it won't even hit the UPS truck. I've had two out of three packages from Amazon that weren't even put on the truck, much less given to the UPS delivery person. Frustrated and terrible. I would rather go to Liberties Parcel for drop offs. They are exceedingly better and haven't missed a beat. read more

Don't usually post yelp reviews but saw some negative posts and felt compelled to share my opinion/experience w this business. I've used them multiple times for a variety of shipments and it's never been anything but a positive experience. Excellent, warm, customer service and professionalism. I believe it's family run and it absolutely feels that way when you are there. Feel good about this place! They're good people and they've always gone out of their way to get the job done. read more

Nice people. Truthful, honest and to the point. Nice to meet. They take the time to explain things.

This has to be the friendliest and most helpful shipping store I have ever been to! When you walk in you are greeted with nothing but smiles. Dwight helped me ship my package and even exchanged conversation. This is the kind of people we need in the area! His wife Joy is amazing too! I will always use this UPS store to ship all of my packages over anybody else. read more

These guys have the best customer service. Very professional and helpful unlike the UPS store in center city.

Run by genuinely friendly and lovely people who clearly care about customer service. I'm always greeted - by name - with a smile. The service is excellent, and I wish I would have signed up for a mailbox service here months before I did. No more standing in line at the post office to retrieve packages or trying to track down boxes that were swiped by porch pirates. Places like this with a true neighborhood feel are a rarity in a big city like Philly, and I encourage you to give them your business! read more

I stumbled upon this gem last week when I was in a rush, I usually go to Staples. Well I can tell you I will not be going to Staples again. Joy, who I later found out was not only an employee but the owner of this store was so helpful and did not judge me and my lack printing / computer knowledge. She took the time to show me how to log in how to transfer my Excel into a PDF file and then printed it. She did all this for $1.23. At Staples if I could get help I always felt judged. If you have any printing needs I highly suggest this place, like I said Joy is more than helpful! She also has PO Boxes & a bunch of notary services. Prices are more than reasonable and where else would you go that someone would actually take the time to teach you something for $1.23?! read more

Brand new UPS Store right on Girard Ave. Great service, clean and well staffed. Check it out!!

I had the most pleasant shopping/mailing/customer service experience I've had maybe ever here at the new Fishtown UPS store. Joy helped me pack and ship items and has been extremely helpful with a UPS insurance claim. Usually I'm the one calling in to check on internal processes of service providers but I've been kept up to speed the whole time. Cheers to good customer service, five stars. read more

Friendliest couple who runs the store! Always so pleasant when I come in and incredibly helpful. They stayed half an hour late one day so that I could ship a bunch of big Amazon packages. And they helped me pack and tape the boxes too! Not only is the service great, but they're so kind and I love that they have a donation box inside that goes straight to a local shelter. read more

This store has amazing customer service! I have to be honest, I was blown away at how attentive they were, and how friendly and kind they were in greeting me. I had to get a last minute shipment out, on a VERY tight deadline, and they could not have been more helpful.
