We had heard of fishbox for awhile, but finally decided to sign up after a particularly brutal wait to pick up a package at the post office in South Philly. Knowing we were about to get a lot of Christmas packages, I just couldn't handle the idea of waiting in that line multiple Saturdays in a row. Fishbox has been so accommodating and responsive. They even texted me to see if an envelope they received was something I was expecting junk mail so I wouldn't have to pay a delivery fee by accident. I decided to try this service for a few reasons. I've had multiple packages stolen from my steps in the past year. Also, I work night shift and sleep during the day. Whenever I knew a package would be coming, I would be going crazy trying to stay up and wait, or I'd fall asleep and then be woken up . FISHBOX is perfect. They give one hour delivery options, and text you a gps link when they're on their way. All the delivery staff are courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend this service if you get any packages ever! The only downside is that it might encourage me to order more things :) read more

We begrudgingly began using Fishbox as package thefts became unavoidable in Graduate Hospital, and have found them a real pleasure to work with! They are easy to use, responsive, transparent, and clearly care about each customer. It's infinitely better than the teeth-pulling process of coordinating redelivery and pickup with UPS/Fedex/USPS, and even then, they are constantly trying out new ways to become even more convenient for customers. Fishbox deserves all the stars! First of all, it is the greatest idea ever. I am no longer stressing about when/where I'm going to receive packages (because I'm pretty sure my work is not happy with the amount of mail I'm receiving, and leaving them on my doorstep is out of the question due to package theft). Great service! We had been suffering with stolen or misrouted packages for quite a while. After several of our wedding presents got stolen we knew we had to make a change. I was so happy to find Fishbox on a walk through the neighborhood. The owner is super friendly and helpful...always willing to help when boxes are heavy or cumbersome. I love the text notifications when a box arrives with options for how I want it delivered/picked up. Great service that has totally solved our problem of missing packages because USPS and FedEx were simply leaving them on the stoop if no one was home and ignoring the sign requesting delivery to our corner store. Fishbox service is friendly and reliable - they even take a photo of the damage if a package arrives damaged in case it's needed for a claim. The cost is compensated by time savings in not having to contact vendors for refunds or replacements, put traces on at the PO, etc. read more

I have been using Fishbox since the beginning, as both Fishbox's arrival in Philadelphia and my transition from suburbia coincided in 2015.
