I ship from this store several times a week for a small business of mine. They are very efficient, helpful, and they care about helping their clients. I can't agree with the review that said they're unfriendly and rude. That has never been my experience for myself or any of the other customers I've seen them assist while I wait. Done deal!!! Mail Zone is the place to go for stress free service. I used to get anxiety going to the post office, DID I TAPE I RIGHT, IS IT IN THE RIGHT BOX, DID I MARK IT RIGHT BUT DONT HABE A MARKER IF I DIDNT. Stopped here on the way out of town to ship a package to a friend. The staff member who helped me was VERY professional, polite, kind, and courteous... and most of HELPFUL! I have taken packages to this particular Mail Zone. Every time I walked in there with a lot of packages to return, which were all prelabeled, I got a look as if to say, "Oh no here she is again". The reason for this is because I always asked for a receipt in case packages were lost. I took in some packages recently and when she was scanning the packages, she "actually chucked" them behind her as there was no value to them at all. It was like it isn't her package who cares. Then she had the audacity to state that out of the 20 packages that "made her do a little work" she stated one was a duplicate. She took no effort in trying to obtain the duplicate and stated it will get mailed don't worry about it. Yet when I have to contact the Company who I am returning the product to, they are going to say that was already refunded. See people tend to "want a job" but don't actually want to do the work. I guess it took too much effort for her to actually look to see which one was the duplicate since she was just "chucking the packages on the floor behind her". I also tried to contact "the owner". Guess what, she stated "She is the owner" Wow, what a way to run a business. Believe me, this is someone who if you have numerous items to send back, you will receive attitude. Due to my upcoming move to the west coast, I've been shipping my belongings instead of hauling it in a trailer. At first, I dreaded the thought of dealing with the post office or UPS. Then my dad and I came here with several big boxes, and the ladies who work here went above and beyond to help us, especially Regina. She was so nice, friendly, and patient when I inquired about different rates. She also took the time to mark my boxes so that I would be able to track them properly.
