DO NOT GO HERE!!! ‼…read more I had the worst experience ever here. They burnt a huge hole in my Brooks Brothers suit jacket that I recently got. The lady said that I could put a brooch on it, but the whole is approximately 1.5in in length. After expressing my disappointment, she offered me a 5% discount initially. After I called crying that the damage is irreparable, they refunded me the service of the dry cleaning ($150) after much back and forth. They refuse to pay for the jacket and gave me a nasty response on the Better Business Bureau claiming that I got my jacket from the Brooks Brothers Outlet and that I was the type to dispute the dry cleaning service charge to get one over on them. I am very offended that they would say such mean things about my character when I was very respectful to them. Even if the jacket was $1 from the thrift store, the thing that matters is that it's damaged. I called to ask them to please pay for the jacket and the dry cleaner continued to say that he tried to be nice and that I would have to take them to court to get my money. I am a college student that works hard for everything that I get. The jacket was an investment into my future. I'm so upset that I have to stress about this instead of focusing on doing well in my classes. Plus, I am forced to buy another suit because it was my only one.

Good thing I did today, after paying $19.00 to have a zipper REPLACED on a pair of pants, I checked their work and found that the original zipper was still on the pants and had not been replaced. I ask the person in charge why and was informed that the cleaners couldn't replace the zipper!! OK then why did you charge me and let me walk out the door? Did they just want to steal $19.00 from me? After being informed that the zipper wasn't replaced, I was offered a refund (OH THANKS). I will not be using their services in the future.
