The Mail Center is wonderful! I recently had to send a package and didn't know how to pack the fragile items or the best way to ship them. The mail center took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about anything breaking. I highly recommend for all your shipping and packing needs! To the people complaining about Amazon returns - Amazon only allows their prepaid returns to be shipped from a CORPORATE UPS STORE. There are only 2 - one in Dover and one in Rehoboth. If you have issues with Amazon, you need to contact them and complain about the correct issue. read more

Completely worthless, this is the second time I've taken an item there that they would not mail. It was a small package for a return and it was prepaid, wrapped and addressed perfectly. They just say we don't do those packages, it's a UPS package and they say they do UPS right on their door..they are WORTHLESS read more

Overpriced. VERY overpriced. I had an item that shipped UPS for $22. Since they were the preferred shipper of Reagan Watson Auction I had no choice but to ship via the Mail Center. They charged me $88.00. I tried in two different emails to plead my case but each time I was met with belittling and rude behavior. Basically, once they have your money, the game is over. read more

Convenient location in a strip mall at the corner of Rt 113 and 14. I've shipped items via USPS and UPS and have had them fax documents on my behalf. Customer service is unpredictable... I have had pleasant interactions and I've been met with rudeness. It depends on the staff member and the day of the week, I guess. read more

Complete waste of time. I brought a prepaid UPS package here to drop off around 11:30am on a Saturday. The man working the counter said that he could take it, but that it wouldn't go out until Monday. I told him I just needed a receipt saying that I had dropped it off at the designated time, because it was a rental item to return. He said that he doesn't give receipts for UPS drop offs because he doesn't make any money off of them and its just a service that he offers to UPS to help their customers. He seemed completely unwilling to give me any alternatives or do anything to help. This was my first time sending anything from this location and I told him that after this experience, I wouldn't be back for anything else. His response was "That's fine with me, you're not bringing me any business anyway just doing a drop off." read more
