Delaware PC was outstanding. Problems reconnecting my laptop to my printer could not be resolved by others. The Geek Squad, which I had been paying annually in case of emergency service needs such as this, was totally useless and a waste of time: an unresponsive phone maze which ended up offering home service repair "in a month...". Delaware PC services had human response from the beginning and worked with me on a date and time that was mutually convenient. 100% satisfied with this business! They built a gaming computer for my teenage son. He had specific things he wanted. ( Things that I knew nothing about so had to place my complete trust in them. ) Not only did they build his new PC using some parts from his previous computer to save us money, but they transferred everything over to the new system and set everything up for my son. They took the time to explain everything to us. The computer turned out much better than my son expected. He had the biggest smile I've seen in a long time. Delaware PC Services located on the forgotten mile between Dewey and Rehoboth is a tech support shop run by a very friendly couple. After my son spent two plus hours on the phone with Apple Support they told him he needed to go to store - then couldn't get an appointment for a week. We stumbled on this gem of a business and what a great customer experience. They would not give up on troubleshooting the issue and resolved while we waited. I just moved to Rehoboth Beach, and my computer, which I rely on heavily, was giving me serious problems. I thought I knew what was wrong and what I needed done. Instead of just accepting my cure for the problem they probed with questions. Then they told me what I wanted done wouldn't solve my problem. They explained why and what was needed. When my PC build didn't work, I needed to find a place willing to do the work. Luckily this place was right down the street from my boyfriend's job, so he took it in. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the fix, but they did it at a much lower price point than anticipated. Delaware PC services did a fantastic job with a MacBook Pro that had a bad battery which needed replacement. They were able to complete the work within two days and charged only half as much as the Genius Bar was going to charge us. Most importantly though, Cathy and Mark were very professional, friendly, and thorough in terms of checking us in and keeping us posted on the progress of their work. Great new business in Rehoboth Beach area opened year round and dog friendly. They seems to be very knowledgeable when it comes to solving my computer issues, they did it quick and did not charge me an arm and a leg for the repair. They actually gave me a quote when I brought it in and fixed it for that price. He ordered a new hard drive and had it installed along with a new operating system in a few days-now the laptop works better than when it was new! Price was very reasonable.
