Apple and Verizon customer service told me her phone (the hardware) was fine but when I went into this store, the woman who helped me, the blonde hair and glasses, told me I needed a new phone and the eSIM card with only work for 24 hours. My wife's phone was having problems with her physical SIM card and service where she couldn't connect. Something didn't sit well with me when the woman told me not to spend $30 for an eSIM card but rather sign up for a new plan that would charge me an extra $25 a month or $900 for the next three years. She was pushy about it and put a lot of pressure on me to trade in my wife's phone and spend more on a new plan. I left the store, and later came back and I was happy that another worker came over and helped me. I bought the eSIM card and my wife's phone has been working without one issue. So let's see, spend $30 for an eSIM card or be told I have to buy a new phone and spend $900 over the next three years??? I do not recommend this store. They just want to rip you off and buy a new phone and upgraded plan.

I am appalled by their horrible customer service!! They are supposed to be IT specialists for these phones. She could have at least asked a supervisor. The tech immediately told me I was eligible for a free phone exclusive for being a loyal customer and I could upgrade my plan as well. This was not a cheap phone but a top of the line Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, I don't do Apple. I also went to an unlimited plan with hotspot data as well. The tech put the liquid glass on my phone and went through every detail of my plan and what the price would be. My bill is $50 cheaper than it was and my phone is awesome so I am a happy customer.
