So we rented a house a few houses from the beach and did work and school work from there. The weather turned out to be fairly decent a few days that we could head to the beach. The kites the kids had were a hit so we needed to get string for the kites we had. I searched a few stores and came up with nothing. Then we found this store. Parking it definitely tight. It makes me wonder what it is like for them during a busy season. They were not fully opened yet but willing to take me in to purchase string. They were getting ready for the season when I was there. I ended up with two spools of string. At the time it was a husband and wife. The wife checked me out. But, as she did that she realized I had notice neither of them were wearing a mask. I did not mention anything but, I guess my eyes said otherwise. She said, "it's ok we have both been vaccinated and we are good to not wear one. So no worries." Um. No. That's all I thought. I walked out of there and m mind just kinda ran from there. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. So that's why 4/5. Everyone handles this while covid thing in a way they want to. You just have to find the stores that are right for you.

I was greatly discouraged that during the month of December I am not able to fill out at this Corporate store a review for the staff's behalf because I feel that they deserve the recognition they went on above to help me and I'm grateful For some reason when I asked about a survey, I was told that the month of December they don't do that: whoever they is, very disappointed from AT&T to not allow their employees to be recognized, especially at a time when they are helping so many people that are purchasing new devices for the holidays. I went into this store to buy a new eSIM card for my wife's phone because she was having issues…read morewith her phone. Apple and Verizon customer service told me her phone (the hardware) was fine but when I went into this store, the woman who helped me, the blonde hair and glasses, told me I needed a new phone and the eSIM card with only work for 24 hours. My wife's phone was having problems with her physical SIM card and service where she couldn't connect. Something didn't sit well with me when the woman told me not to spend $30 for an eSIM card but rather sign up for a new plan that would charge me an extra $25 a month or $900 for the next three years. She was pushy about it and put a lot of pressure on me to trade in my wife's phone and spend more on a new plan. I left the store, and later came back and I was happy that another worker came over and helped me. I bought the eSIM card and my wife's phone has been working without one issue. So let's see, spend $30 for an eSIM card or be told I have to buy a new phone and spend $900 over the next three years??? I do not recommend this store. They just want to rip you off and buy a new phone and upgraded plan.

She worked hours...really...at reporting and clearing the fraud, then had to do it again on a second account. The interfaces required of converting the service ultimately were too much for us, but her can-do attitude and cheerful attack of whatever barrier was before her should make her much valued by her employer. We certainly appreciated her tenacity and knowledge.
