I was totally disappointed with my comcast/xfinity bill so I made a call connecting to the (800) number. I spoke to a lady by the Name Of (TIA), who was very on point. She took the TIME to explain various things to me, that had NEVER been explain before. She also to the time and patients to review my bill--given me advise on various things and though her voice was pleasant and dragging, it was enlightening at the same time. We did reach a negotiation/compromise as to my bill. Though you are still taking my $$$ comcast....I value (TIA's) opinion and advise. I return Comcast equipment that I was renting I had purchased my own. I took it to the Infiniti store where the agent all he had to do was look at the serial numbers on the boxes and take them out of the system cause they were being returner. We kept one box which was a DVR and our master bedroom, and I told him that, somehow he got confused and took out the box in the bedroom and left a box in the living room, which I just returned to him. I couldn't get a service up and running for three days as a result of this mistake I called customer service on the phone they said they would send a technician out that night. that turned out to be a lie. I went on my account and saw that they had given me appointment three days later which I wasn't aware of until I checked my account online. I've been with Comcast for over 30 years. It's hard to believe how bad the service is and how high the cost is, I wish there was some alternative cable company, but they have a monopoly of the system in this area. I don't want the satellite all I've ever heard was bad things about satellite. it seems the whole country is headed down the toilet. This young generation, 30 and below isn't worth a damn. read more

More focused here on Xfinity in general customer service than specifically on this service center. Any issue requiring CS goes offshore. India or the Philippines. They both are horrible but India is helpless. Our TV lineup always airs Ravens and commanders games when they play at the same time Sunday. This time they did not and when asking why they told me that they show it is on my lineup but somethings wrong thats not on their end. Someone would call may I have a good number. This may be the 20th time Ive heard this and the only calls using Comcast numbers are scammers. Comcast is allowing their call center in India to scam their customers. This time if it happens again I will not hesitate to engage the Federal Trade Commission. These are Felonious actions and have gone on unresolved for years. No call to resolve the current listing issue. They really do suck read more

I could not believe how rude and unhelpful the guy was at the counter. He didn't say hardly one word and initially just waved me over over without even looking up from his PC. Completely disinterested in his job that he's being paid to do. Wish I had other alternatives to Comcast. No hello, no how can I help, no thank you and no friendliness. Avoid this place read more

I had my cable sliced over a year ago, had it repaired, cable is still not buried in the ground I have asked several times and put in several tickets and still nothing now my HOA is threatening to cut the cable, can I please just get some one to bury it read more

Be advised I have been a Comcast cable user for the past 21 years. During this time, there have been several reasons ( technical and business ) to visit the Lewes Service Center. My most recent visit, 10/7/19, has reminded me to take the time to compose this brief note. Like many people, I am usually among the first to complain and criticize when something goes wrong or goes undone when dealing with individuals or institutions, forgetting to praise when praise and recognition are due. However, let me take this opportunity to praise and call to your attention my pleasure and appreciation for the fine work and assistance offered in my behalf by, Shannies Felps and Lupsy Wallace, two most courteous and patient individuals staffing your Lewes facility. In addition, both are masterful in their knowledge of the technical procedures required to maximize your services. Josh was the service technician who came out today and was thorough in investigating my cable wiring to get a good signal, ensured I understood my new equipment, and left me with an awesome cable and internet service. He was on time, put on booties even though my condo hadnt been cleaned yet this year, and made sure all my questions were answered before he left. read more
