I started communications with Ken, we agreed on the cost of installation and hourly labor charges for hiding the wires for the surround sound. Both these guys are great to deal with and did a good job installing my TV and AV system. Tom in particular followed up and came multiple times to patch holes made during the installation. Warning: Ken will try and sell you additional hardware, he charged me for hardware which was included in the original quote. Pushed really hard on sound bars, RF universal remotes. I paid him when the work was completed however after reviewing the bill I recognized that I was over charged. Bringing to Ken s attention did not do me any good. He basically ignored and justified the charges as additional labor costs. In summary hire them but upfront nail down all the hardware costs and scope of the total project. Don t fall for the additional hardware being sold as it is at a premium.

All Temp first came to our house in May of 2024 for trouble with an existing system installed by…read moreanother contractor in 2015 and moved by yet a different contractor in 2020. A few technicians came to the house over a few months and with the unit under warranty they had to order a blower motor for the unit that took a bit to come in from the manufacturer. The last tech that came out was Glenn and he worked to get a few door panels that were damaged by the previous contractor in 2020 replaced under warranty. I appreciated the level of service back in 2024 and when the system recently had an issue with the compressor, I contacted All Temp for an emergency call and then decided to go with a new system. Glenn still works at the company, and I spoke briefly with him over the phone and Dylan came out to do a survey of the house and gave me three recommendations on replacement units. I would also recommend an Energize Delaware assessment because there are rebates to be taken advantage of for insulation, crawl space encapsulation, and an energy efficient system. The lower priced model didn't fall into the rebate and so of the remaining two we choose the American Standard Platinum 20 SEER2 variable speed model paired with Platinum variable speed air handler. They were able to get the installation on the schedule quickly (for summer) and Dylan takes the extra step of taking the rebate off the price and putting it in through Energize Delaware. Tony, Matthew, and Ken came out, were very professional and did the install in half a day; great teamwork. We also went with a thermostat that connects to our Wi-Fi that allows All Temp the ability to view remotely if we have any issue with the system. Shane was scheduled just over two weeks later and did a quality assurance inspection of the work. The truth is that Glenn sold me a system in 2024 with his level of service and follow-through. This company is worth a look if you need work done on your heating and air conditioning system.

Said "friendly" sales person had financed $10 of my new phone for two years, tying up the line, locking the phone. She also switched me from a 2g to a 4G plan, and without telling me added some kind of insurance to the bil - to dry out the phone if it ever got wet. The following day, I went back to the store to call her out as the thief she was - demanded to return the phone. The manager took back most of the accessories, but REFUSED TO TAKE BACK THE PHONE BECAUSE I HAD THROWN OUT THE BOX - a $1200 Samsung Galaxy S20+. The phone was LOCKED - and I couldn't change carriers without buying another phone. My complaint to VERIZON prompted an area manager to call me and he assured me the phone was unlocked. After spending more than 4 hours at the SPRINT store in town the following Monday, that included multiple phone calls to the area manager, who ASSURED me the phone was "unlocked", I finally told the sales person there to sell me another phone - I would deal with the Wireless Zone folks in court. So, I forked out the money for another phone in two weeks - wasted HOURS of my time between July 17 and 20 driving to Dover (to try to get the phone unlocked), driving back to Wireless Zone to return the phone - manager refused to take it back! On the phone with area manager, wrote a complaint to DE AG's Consumer Protection Bureau - and I wrote a demand letter to Wireless Zone - as yet unanswered for the waste of my time, the additional money I put out. Wed, July 29, I got an email from Verizonwireless telling me they had processed my "request" to have the phone unlocked. It was NOT unlocked as of the day I bought my phone at Sprint. DO NOT SHOP THERE! THEY ARE NOT HONEST! It COST ME $1200 to have a phone I DON'T NEED BECAUSE I'M NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH VERIZONWIRELESS EVER AGAIN. I was a 25 year customer.
