I needed help switching my old phone to my new phone and with a couple other things. Kevin and Destiny are exceptionally brilliant and kind. Such great customer service skills, it is the most comfortable. I have felt at a tech store in many many years. I really would like them to be recognized by their management. I was greatly discouraged that during the month of December I am not able to fill out at this Corporate store a review for the staff's behalf because I feel that they deserve the recognition they went on above to help me and I'm grateful For some reason when I asked about a survey, I was told that the month of December they don't do that: whoever they is, very disappointed from AT&T to not allow their employees to be recognized, especially at a time when they are helping so many people that are purchasing new devices for the holidays. Horrible service. Made an appointment online, but they asked us to push it back a little which was fine. I did not realize I would have to wait in the store over an hour because the people in the store were too busy chatting up the people who were already getting help. It's not a large store, I could hear they were not even talking to them about phones. When they checked me in they did not ask me what I was there for. So when someone finally got to me, they didn't even have the phone that I wanted to upgrade there. So I wasted an hour of my life when could've been going to another store who had what I needed. This could've been fixed with a simple what are you here for question when they checked me in, which is what every other store does. I do not recommend going here, and if this is your only option bring something to entertain yourself because they have no sense of urgency. read more

Weirdly rude staff for such a simple request. Came in for a screen replacement that is covered by my phone plan, very rudely demanded I tell them the store that previously replaced my screen under warranty because they "were not authorized to do so". The worst experience I've ever had at one of these places, luckily I'm just on vacation so I will literally never be back. read more

I'm giving (1star) in regards to I the way I was treated this past Friday, May 5, 2023 by the store Manager, Tommy Patterson.. I was returning a Apple Watch Ultra I'd purchased on time, and as well added aline to my account for... (I was excited with the screen brightness, as well the speakers) I already have a series 7 stainless.... Upon entering the store for my 5:30 appointment, Tommy was sitting at a table and said hello and asked me what he could help me with... when I told him I needed to return the Ultra watch due to not working for me due to my wrist and the size of the unit (was keep setting off alarms) he told me he felt it would be better if I used a Apple store or thier web-site in the future to make my purchases, as I have a habit of returing things... and that he gets limited stock on products...3 weks prior to this, I opened a new line and added the Samsung Ultra s23 but due to personal issues for me, I too returned that... both times I was charged and had no problems paying the foolishness of a $55 restocking fee... I have dealt with the Store in Rehoboth since I purchased the 1st iPhone and that was sold to me by Gene (whom is still there), everyone has always been top-notch in that store, however, being talked to and treated by the manager was uncalled for an rude at the very least.... I still can not believe the way in which I was treated by Tommy Patterson.... it should not matter to him what I purchased and or returned... what should matter is that someone goes back year after year, ans I have for the past 15... and to make myself clear, not only when I returned the Samsung Ultra s23, I upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro Max to a 14 Pro Max... and I had a trade-in on the 13 that made my payment for the phone itself $6.37 a month... I lost that with my upgrade, and as well had to pay a $35 UPGRADE fee for it my next-up plan that I pay $5 a month for... and I purchased my screen protector, case, and camera protector with it... I was so impressed by the customer service my father received from Tie at the Rehoboth AT&T location. Tie was patient, kind and very knowledgeable as he helped my father, who recently having had a stroke was feeling insecure about his remembering how to use some of the features on his new android. Tie took the time during more then one customer service visit to help my dad feel more secure in his phone knowledge. My son and I accompanied my dad on one of his visits and Tie also advised me on how to best remedy the problems I was having with my phone. He also fielded the stream of questions from my very inquisitive, young son. His honesty and patience showed exemplary customer service. read more

I too would give this place zero stars if I could. Made a reservation as required (after the rep my wife used refused to answer my email.) Told them I was going to upgrade my phone which means some version of the iPhone X. When I arrived I was told "there are only two experts today and there's an appointment ahead of you." Translation - they'll say it will be 30 minutes delay but reality is it'll be a minimum of an hour. The "experts" may well be expert on the technology but the management doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I've. Even with AT&T since 2001 but will make a change soon. read more

Would give zero stars if that were an option. Spent 45 min buying an iPhone while the salesman tried to sell me everything under the sun....TV service, home wifi, security systems... All while I'm in contracts with other companies for those services. Tried to "save me" money by consolidating my data plan. I've been a customer for well over 15 years and have all unlimited options, a plan that is no longer available. I made it clear that I was not altering that plan. I got home and found that my unlimited data plan had been changed to a 3G plan. Spent countless minutes online with customer service trying to get my plan back. Still waiting on call backs from AT&T customer service and the store assistant manager bc there is no store manager currently. Poorly run store. I went to the store today and waited 45 minutes. One person was at a table for over 30 minutes of that time with no customers and did not acknowledge me at that time. Only 2 people were working on customers and when I arrived, the 2 customers in waiting were seen. I finally left after not being waited on. I went home and called customer service. The lady on the phone kept trying to send me a new phone although I kept saying I had the new phone and just had to have it activated/initialized. Wasted another 25 minutes until I finally got off the phone. The next lady had me one the phone for another 25 minutes aaying she was going to activate my phone but send me to someone else to do something else to my phone. While at the store, I received a text message that if I did not send the nonworking phone to at and t immediately, I would get charged $800 for the replacement phone.
