I contacted customer service. They claimed it was set for several days later; I sent copies of confirmation messages and emails. MY FAMILY HAS NO WATER either hot or cold. Then I receive an email telling me that the scheduled delivery had been moved to the new date. HOW CAN THIS BUSINESS OPERATE WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE? Representatives were of NO USE, either confirming the order was being delivered on the original date or asking me for confirmation phone numbers that I do not have. These folks installed finger joint wood and with no insullation. the reason why I know this is I just had the doors fixed again, by a reputable carpenter and he was shocked by what was done. The good news is they will now be done right with PVC and the better news is I refused this company to finish the job as the wood they installed started cracking the next day. They did drop by with Bondo. Buyer beware. See photos. This why the doors leaked. Spray insullation as well, Nothing I asked for was what I was provided. Shabby all around.

The man who answered the phone said that he would arrange to have someone come over. I waited about an hour and a half and no one ever came. I called the number back again and got a voicemail, which was full so I couldn't leave a message. This business is unreliable. It doesn't deserve any stars.

I ended up calling another company on Friday morning and they had me in my car within an hour. Two of the companies who couldn't help me on Thursday night actually called on Friday morning to make sure I was okay. I thought that was very professional. I haven't heard one word from Speedy. Think twice before calling!
