Any other professional retailer would have returned this item. Very disappointed. We tried to support a local business because we live here and my father shopped here, but instead were treated rudely and were not respected as a customer. We live 2 minutes up the road and will never purchase here again. There are too many other stores that will not hassle you in this manner.
