Too bad not one out of 3 people at the HD store could even say they're sorry. 7 days and still no callback from a manager at that store on a larger discount. My browsing through the store I came across an item that caught my attention. It's listed price was $1.78, but there was no clear indication verifying whether the price apply to the item on the bottom of the shelf or above it as I walk down the isles, I noticed that all the lower items was distinctive marked within an error, indicate bottom item is this price while the top items had no marks based on these observations-- I assume the item I wanted was the price as shown. Note: it was early morning around 7:20 AM just as the Store had open. I admit that my cognitive abilities were not fully loaded doing that hour especially on a Sunday morning nevertheless, my main focus was to purchase the item at the price displayed. After some investigation is speaking with the floor manager, it became clear that there had been a mistake due to the misleading information regarding the pricing. I explained to the manager what I saw, and that I had not come to the store early morning looking for pricing errors or glitches. As a rETIRED MILITARY and STATE EMPLOY, I wanted to make a straightforward purchase. Ultimately, I paid the actual price of the item after it was properly looked up, but the management acknowledged that the pricing information was indeed misleading. See photos

I like the prices, got a good novel that was $30 originally for $5. Books on display that you just…read morewalk around and see for decent organization, but the books on the shelves are a jumbled mess. Especially the graphic novels. They should organize them by publisher (DC, marvel, vertigo, image comics, etc). But unfortunately it was chaotic and unorganized. I know customers can mess up the books but they can have at least one worker in charge of book organizing. I love the deals on the energy drinks I got before. Like the reign and toxic waste energy drinks. I do wish their site and app would allow for buying books and other products online, but over all aside from the books issues I like Ollie's and their worker's are very friendly from my experience. Employees there know me by name because I'm there so much. Yet this manager wouldn't process a refund on gift card because I didn't have my receipt still. $200. I bought three times the amount of the same product but over bought. I tried to explain to her but she got snippy and rude. I'm there all the time and that's how you treat a long time customer??? Wow. Shameful.
