I called and scheduled an exam for the 3 days away. The person who scheduled it was very friendly. Once I arrived, I went to where they did the testing and again was greeted great. Without a doubt, this place has a great attitude and great customer service. They get you in and out without rushing the process. I see eye doctors every year for over 20 years, and they were thorough every step of the process. The doctor was professional and spoke in a way I could understand. After the exam, I went to the front of the store and picked out the glasses. One pair is my main progressive lenses. The free second pair is my sunglasses with a single lens for being out in the sun and driving. They were an active store with customers coming in and out, but the 3 representatives moved through the list quickly.

My father has used Atlantic Tractor for a number of years to keep his tractor up and running. I've…read moreinherited his John Deere and have now used them to service one of these tractors three times. When I call, the team is always prompt and courteous. They don't make promises - they tell you they will look at the tractor, attempt to identify the issue...and resolve it. I find their prices to be very reasonable. Just last week, I had to return my tractor for a new issue. They picked it up, fixed it and brought it back. They communicated with me so I knew what was required and when they dropped it off, they did so in the timeframe they had communicated. While this may sound like they were simply doing their job, I frequently run into issues with other businesses like no shows, showing up way outside the promised timeframe and more. I encourage you to frequent Atlantic Tractor!

We purchased our hardwood kitchen floors through LL Flooring in Delmar and have been really pleased…read morewith the product. The floorboards are clearly high quality and look just like what we saw in stores. They came in quickly (just about a week, despite being prepared for delays during the summer of 2022 due to supply). I've provided a 4/5 star rating here because the product is great however the installation process was very frustrating, beginning with the fact that the person we worked with in the store said that the floors could be installed the week after we picked up the product (note: the installer informed us that LL Flooring does not dictate or predict their schedules). We had to reschedule our cabinet installation, electric/plumbing, etc. Since we did our own demo, we were advised by LL Flooring to have the installer come out to make sure that the subfloor was in-shape for the install so that there wouldn't be further delays and unforeseen costs on the day of. The Delmar store apparently contracts with two installers and we were assigned to Ronnie Payne. It was absolutely impossible to communicate with him prior to the install (we called him, the LL Flooring store in Delmar, and the LL Flooring Customer Assistance line literally more than 20 times over the course of 3 weeks). The store and the customer service line kept saying that they would text him to call us back and he never did. It provided us with a lot of anxiety and concern about having to push back other elements of the remodel. Luckily Ronnie and his colleague showed up the day that they said they would and the install went on without a hitch. They were pleasant, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing (it looks very nice when completed) however the lack of communication beforehand was extremely frustrating and made me feel like I was not valued as a customer. The folks at LL Flooring in Delmar did not seemed surprised by the fact that he never called me so my assumption is that this is just the norm.
