Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. We were trying to get my husband glasses. We went into the Salisbury office to pick up my new glasses and order his (we had the prescription provided by the ophthalmologist and it was given to the person at the desk. We sat and waited. Four people were at the desk working on the computer and we were ignored. Finally I asked if we needed to make an appointment to come back and I was told "that would probably be a good idea" since they were busy with computer problems. I called them back when I realized I never got our prescription back. I was told to "look in my car" since they gave it back to me. They did not. Returned a week or so later. Since they had lost the prescription, they said they were "calling to get it". We ordered his glasses and were told they would call when they came in. After three weeks passed I called today. I was told the glasses were never ordered since they did not get the prescription from the provider. I asked why they did not call them back or at least call me and I would get it myself! I was told "mistakes happen" in a sarcastic tone. My husband is still without glasses. Unbelievable. read more

Terrible experience....I scheduled an eye appt online and showed up as scheduled. I was told they gave my appt to someone else after several minutes of looking and me showing the email I received confirming the appt. I was told because they tried to call me...they didnt...when I didn't answer they booked someone else. I am in sales and cannot always answer my phone....no email, no text. Terrible office. First it is messy and dirty. The front desk staff and snippy and uninformative. I was early for my appt yet waited for 45 min. no one said hey we are behind. They checked me in and poof no more communication. I orderd glasses. They should have been here in 2 weeks, we are going on 3! I checked the website, cause no one wants to help you any more, to find out they had not even ordered them for a whole week after I was there! WTAF. NEVER EVER going back to this facility. read more

This MyEyeDr is the worst. When I went in for my scheduled appointment, I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled time until I was called back. The lady at the front desk was taking personal phone calls with a car dealership and was screaming at them about her not paying them for her car. The lady at the desk also told me my insurance was good and would cover my exam. Actually, I wasn't ready for an exam and I know they should tell people when they are too early for an exam. One month later, I got a bill for everything my insurance was supposed to cover. Long story short, this place needs to clean shop and bring in entirely new staff that actually wants to do their job and not just sit behind a desk and think everything is a joke. read more

Entire staff was so friendly and helpful, I loved my experience with this office! They do a great job handling the virtual Dr. experience while you're in the office with the technician. The virtual doctor was great at explaining and helping me with what I needed that has never been explained to me before from prior doctors. Highly recommend! My recent visit to My Eye Dr Salisbury got an exam virtually was not to bad kinda easy. But then got to getting glasses with my insurance it was not to bad of a price,when I got glasses I had real bad issues trying to focus I have progressive lenses. Went back to get them trouble shot walk in only so they told me 3+ hour wait tried to make appointment to come back following week they do not make appointments for that. Went first thing and was first in door the third time. Come to find out they only gave me a standard size focal point on progressive lenses did not even say they offered a larger area cause that was cheaper and works for most people but not me and they had my people distance wrong to correct this issue that I believe was their fault cost me an addition $272 read more

They do not have a doctor on staff as of now & don't know when they will have another in the Salisbury location. They were rude & dismissive on the phone when trying to get information about my contact script & refused to help me with the information I requested. read more

Minimal wait time to see doctor. Great selection of frames. Just would appreciated being told when my frames are back ordered instead of calling to check on them and being told it would be a few more days before my glasses were ready for pickup. read more

this is the second year I went to them for glasses. The staff is friendly and very helpful, they will tell you if the frames do not look right on them but they do not try to steer you toward the more expensive ones. read more

Wow! What a great experience. I have been seeing optometrists for over 20 years, in several different states, and this was the best experience I've had. The space is quiet and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Siri took a lot of time to talk to me, get to know me and provide me with great care. She very obviously cares about her patients, and it is appreciated. I highly recommend her and this office!! read more

I use My Eye Dr. for my young son who is on about his tenth pair of eye glasses...lol I use the Salisbury, Maryland location and the employees are great. Always help me get a great deal and work all the insurance angles. The always work out a good deal on the glasses being protected with reasonable coverage/cost. I have used the protection plan several times with my young son breaking several pairs or loosing lenses in daycare and have never had an issue. If all of the locations are like this one I would recommend My. Eye Dr. to anyone and feel comfortable that they would be treated the same way and get the same great service that I always receive. Great experience. After years of using the same provider their services were lacking. Did a web search for a new provider. Based on customer reviews choose MyEyeDr. best decision I've thus far this year. Excellent professional service, competent courteous staff, clean attractive office space and choice selection of product offerings. The only constructive input i have was that my glasses had come in and I had been contacted but they couldn't have been in long. Learned they had come in when I went to have a screw put in the glasses I had was wearing and asked to check when the new ones were due in. This will not stop me from using their services in the future. Despite it being one of the reasons I sought a new provider. Previous provider let my glasses order sit without being placed for three weeks. Would have been longer had I not inquired. Dr. Siri rocks. read more

OK - Went in to get a replacement pair of readers. The glasses I purchased prior didn't hold up very well and I paid $$$ for them. So after 18 months between appts they managed to loose my prescription so I have to pay for another exam instead of just getting a replacement made. Won't be back. read more

Second year straight getting glasses here for the whole family. The people here are very nice and helpful. Even special ordered prescription sunglasses from Costa. My daughters got contacts and glasses and my wife and I got glasses and sunglasses. Glasses selection is good and has a variety of price ranges. Overall our experience here has been good. We will be back next year to get checked and fitted. read more
