They rescheduled my surgery multiple times. I sent a message through their website. I told her I…read morestill wasn't 100% from that mysterious "flu" that had been going around, and that in the meantime, I had been notified that my dad had died, and that I'd call her when I was ready to reschedule. I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

I was not disappointed with their service and their ability to get my appointment scheduled within just 2 weeks. The front desk was nice and everyone was very helpful. Personally I do wish they had more options in stock for their frames but they offer to provide your prescription and PD up front so you can go to a third party. That really shows character within their practice.

When I was on a conference I would return all my calls, especially knowing how important this news would be to a client. I talked to the doctor tonight. He disregarded all the issues and wanted to place blame on me. Shame on him.
