Extremely surprised and disappointed that months later, Salisbury Optical general manager would attempt to increase the amount owed for their services.

i went here to get an annual eye exam, and to get contacts after not having them for a few years…read more my first visit was pleasant. the assistant person wasn't overly friendly but it was totally fine. she did most of the exam and then dilated my pupils. dr. miller came in after that and checked my eyes out. he was really friendly and joked around with me. i came back the following week for my contacts fitting and had a different experience--the assistant-y person was very unprofessional and borderline rude. she reeked of stale cigarettes and was very short with me. i saw dr. caruso briefly and he was nice. i'd go back and hope i didn't get that assistant again.

Family run business and locally cut lenses that have quick turnaround. Variety of really nice frames to choose from. They showed me a video that clearly explained the procedure. They were so thorough. Dr. Yonker explained every step of the procedure and answered all my questions. His staff is awesome. They are so professional and were so happy to help me. A special shout out to Kiara who worked with me. She is great!! The office is so organized. They have scheduled my next appointments and explained what to expect in each. They have excellent communication skills with their patients. I feel I am in very capable hands!! Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at MyEyeDr…read more. I placed an order for glasses on March 6, 2026, and was told I would receive a phone call when they were ready for pickup. After not hearing anything, I called on March 26, 2026, to check the status. Christina answered and informed me that my glasses were ready. I mentioned that no one had contacted me as promised, but she ignored my comment. When I tried to continue speaking, she interrupted me. I calmly stated that I wasn't finished, at which point she abruptly hung up on me. I found this behavior incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called back to ask why I had been hung up on and requested to speak with a manager. Christina told me there was no manager available, which was both surprising and frustrating. Even with insurance, I spent approximately $355, and I expected a much higher level of customer service. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and this interaction fell far short of that standard.
