I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at MyEyeDr.. I placed an order for glasses on March 6, 2026, and was told I would receive a phone call when they were ready for pickup. After not hearing anything, I called on March 26, 2026, to check the status. Christina answered and informed me that my glasses were ready. I mentioned that no one had contacted me as promised, but she ignored my comment. When I tried to continue speaking, she interrupted me. I calmly stated that I wasn't finished, at which point she abruptly hung up on me. I found this behavior incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called back to ask why I had been hung up on and requested to speak with a manager. Christina told me there was no manager available, which was both surprising and frustrating. Even with insurance, I spent approximately $355, and I expected a much higher level of customer service. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and this interaction fell far short of that standard. read more

Worst customer service ever. Took my RX here to pick out a pair of frames. No assistance at all. Just pointed me to the rack of the brand I asked for. Needed to fax most recent RX, which I did. Called twice to follow up and no return call. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

First they kept losing the pair l of glasses my wife had ordered in transit. When that was finally resolved 1.5 months later I go into today to buy some cleaning cloths for her glasses as she needed more and guess what...they don't sell them. What kind of place that sells eye glasses and doesn't sell the cloths they give out with glasses? They used to sell them so somewhere in someone's small mind it made sense to not sell items that people use for glasses at the eye glass store. Generally sad for the lack of business acumen this company and their purchasers have. If you notice the reply I would go in and try to buy some cleaning cloths and I promise you they will tell you they don't sell them. They used to. Also look at the other reviews and you will see I'm not an isolated case. They did not directly take any ownership of these issues listed which means this is a local branch issue and not the company as a whole or they would have defended their eye glass cloth lack of selling. read more

ZERO STARS! If i could give it a 0 i would. As everyone knows , sometimes it hard to get into these type of doctors to even just get a presceiptiinnto get glasses. It took about 3 months to get it. Which i understand and patiently waited. I confirmed my appt 3 separate times online and in the conf messages. The night prior to my Appt the next morning @ 9:00 i get an email @ approx 11:15pm stating my appt may be cancels since i "did not confirm" but i most definitly did confirm 3 different times . The next morning i call them, to just explain what's going on and to see if it's cancelled even though i confirmed it. The lady who answers , explained that they have a new system and it's been glitching, and also that yes my appt had been cancelled. I asked her how is that fair to me even if i confirmed many times & What can we do. She proceeds to tell me that i can try and book another appt. But of course it's gonna be a long wait and on top of it, she states they no longer take medicaid . I was just in their office yesterday as well for my moms eye appt that she did get to go to and i confirmed it at the desk prior to my appt the next morning. Stilm even then, it's cancelled. If they cancelled it late last night then why and how is that spot taken? No- what i believe is because i have medicaid they just cancelled it without me knowing and then did nothing to resolve the issue and had wasted not only my time but im sure others as well. This place is not ran right at all. She never apologized for the inconivence, and acted as if she didn't care. Its rude and ignorant and if you willingly know that your system has a glitch then why cancel ppls appt. Make it make sense. I'm frustrated , these places just genuinely don't care. read more

The worst eye doctor ever!!! I had appointment scheduled they canceled my appointment because they said I didn't confirm my appointment. If it was scheduled and I didn't cancel obviously I want the appointment time. Thier procedure is sooo unprofessional if I don't cancel don't change my appointment! read more

Dr Eissa is excellent at explaining all of the X-rays and tests conducted. I'm thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and patient interaction. Five Stars!!! read more

Unprofessional. Does not follow through on what they say...over 3 wait for triage for eye injury that I most likely will need medication for only to be told " I will call you as soon as the dr comes out with the next patient". No call back...no email...no text...I work 1 block away from them...I can literally see their parking lot..they closed up and left without following through. Inconsistent, poor training, no hustle, don't use My Eye dr. If there's any way to avoid them do it. read more
