I've been going to this location for years and years now. I have never had a bad experience. Never an issue with my prescription or the frames. Once there was an insurance issue but it was not the stores fault and they helped clear things up quickly. This last visit was as good or better than the ones before. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I believe the lady who helped us was Gwyn. I hope I got that right. She was the best even if she didn't have my back on the dad jokes. I had a great experience here when I needed to exchange a pair of sunglasses I purchased in Boston for a pair I saw online and were supposedly in stock at the Salisbury store. The staff were really friendly and helped me find what I needed. I typically like to browse the racks and find what I want/need by myself without feeling pressured to buy. I was a little bummed that I couldn't find the particular pair I was interested in just on the rack, so I had to work with the assistant manager to find the pair I wanted. Not all LensCrafters carry Tory Burch sunglasses, so I was fortunate the Salisbury store did (who knew?!) but bummed I couldn't find the pair I wanted. The racks weren't organized by brand and the trays were definitely hard to sort through. However, the manager went through all the cabinets to find the pair I wanted. Naturally, I didn't know the style number to make it easier. "They have a brown frame," I said. Yes, that would really narrow it down. Sure enough, the pair was in stock and they were able to find my account based on my phone number. Bonus, my AAA membership number was associated with my account that saved me 30% off my order. How awesome is that. Cute Tory sunglasses, a matching Tory sunglass case (and lens cleaner). And let's not forget the LensCrafters return policy. 90 days! And for the record, I ended up liking the Tory sunglasses and the ones purchased in Boston so I kept both pairs much to my husband's chagrin. read more

We called our regular optometrist & they worked with the excellent folks at this location to get her a new set of glasses while we had a late lunch nearby. Laverne helped us beginning to end & was extra helpful & sensitive to my daughter's special needs. I had a wonderful experience from the guy at the front desk with directing me to the glasses that would possibly interest me (no pressure) to the girls in the back who were very nice. The doctor was nice and prescribed glasses that were just right for me. I loved the lady that helped me decide which ones I wanted by letting me see pics of how they looked on my face. And finally I had the glasses made in an hour by someone who was an expert because it was the best progressive lens I have ever had. ZERO STARS. However the person who helped me with my order was very nice. I was told that they carry the Varilux lenses. It would take up to 10 days to come in. They were ready in 3-4 days. My order was not sent out. They filled it there with out my preferred lens. Tried them but returned them in a few days. Now this was handled without anyone caring. There staff that makes the glasses lied to my face. Telling me that the company that makes the Varilux lenses changed. Lie. I researched this and found out that was not true! So I tried to return them and the person helping me said there was computer issues and the refund would not go through but they told me to come back on another day. Poor CS. When I told them I was not coming back another day. They kept my glasses and told me they would try later and let me know. Yes they did call me. However, my point is they refused to give me anything in writing that they kept the glasses. So no glasses and no receipt that they kept them. I called my bank and reported the issue for them to investigate. After about 5 days I received my refund. Never trust what they tell you. Last time I ever go into that store!!!!!!! read more

Great group of kind and helpful folks. Begins with Dr Holloway and his team in the back, who are great - my wife and I were a bit late getting to our appointment but Dr Holloway took us in anyway even though it was almost closing time on a Saturday. When it was time to buy our glasses (both the wife and I were getting new glasses), Polina was a great help - she was patient and supportive without being pushy. They have a great selection of frames...only reason I am taking a star off is because they are ungawdly expensive. Even after our vision insurance kicked in, we left the place a thousand bucks poorer than we had walked in! read more

I have seen Dr Rebarchik for follow-up after he diagnosed macular degeneration. He provided detailed explanations of my condition and made me much more comfortable with the diagnosis. My dad lost his vision to macular degeneration, and several siblings also are affected. This is very scary to me. Dr Rebarchik not only is very thorough in his explanations but very reassuring. The office staff is pleasant and professional. The physical facilities are well maintained. read more

After losing my glasses, I called LensCrafters hoping to claim my warranty. I was very delighted when the woman on the phone said I could claim my warranty and get the glasses made the next day. As the next day came, I arrived at the same LensCrafters that I had called the day before, and told the man at the counter the same thing I had told the woman on the phone the previous night, except he responded saying that the warranty plan does not cover loss and that I was unable to claim my warranty. When asking about what I had been informed of the day before, the man was rude and unsympathetic and completely disregarded that I had been lied to on the phone. I've been a LensCrafters customer for years and the way my case was dealt with was unprofessional and unfair and I feel unvalued as a LensCrafters customer. read more

Scheduled an appointment a week ago, only to have it confirmed twice by email and once by text message. Great, right? Well on the morning of said appointment I get a missed call from the office without any kind of voicemail message or email sent explaining what the missed call was about. So I had to call back 4 times before getting through to an actual person. They asked if I scheduled through their online scheduler, which I did, and she said that it often over books and there was no way they could fit me in. If they are aware that the online scheduler does this then someone needs to be keeping track of this problem or just fix it!!!!!!! Finding another optometrist.... read more
