Over a less than two year period the lens of my glasses have had stress fractures by the nose…read morepiece. The company made me use my warranty to cover the first repair. Several months later I had an identical problem with the same lens. I was told that the lens was too large for the frame and they covered the expense of the repair. Now the fissures have reappeared and My Eye Doctor refuses to complete the repair unless I pay for it. I have been wearing glasses for decades and these are the worse lens I've ever bought. The longest part of the process was getting our company in NY to give our son's prescription to us (suggestion: get and make copies of everyone's prescription and carry it with you when on vacation, just in case.) Once they got the script, it was about 15 minutes and done. Our son could see again, and we didn't have to worry that he would miss out on anything. When somebody says "we got you" and they actually got you, it's an amazing feeling. And we left there feeling very good. The prices are good. The selection is good. The service is the best.
