Both of my appointments have been between 8-9 am and they seem to already be behind. My first appointment I explained, was my first optometry appointment in my life and would need direction, waited an hour to get the first portion of my examination, they dilated my eyes (didn't explain this portion) and then had me sit in the second waiting room while my eyes dilated (waited at least an additional 15 minutes ). I sat with the actual doctor for less then 5 minutes. I feel that if I had additional questions he would have answered them but considering it was only a routine exam I didn't. The clients (primarily elderly) in this building need more time to talk to the assistants and doctors based on the nurses apologies as to why they were behind. My second visit I had also asked for a contact fitting. I waited again longer in the dark waiting room. At least 20-30 minutes. Reception didn't explain the charges I had. I did not get an itemized receipt. The seemed rushed and I had to ask to schedule my recheck appointment for my contact fitting. My appointment today was scheduled for 9:00am I arrived at 8:50 am and didn't leave until 11:11.

I put them in the case and decided to exchange. Today I came in and said I wanted to exchange and they cleaned the glasses and said they couldn't exchange because there was a "speck" on the lens. When I looked I could not see anything. They said there was nothing they could do. I could have bought those glasses on Ebay for much less but I purchased from Sunglass hut because of there exchange policy. We bought $600 in glasses last week and this is very upsetting. I would not buy anything again from them. They treated me very badly
